TBL 11×11 – Gonna find my baby, gonna hold her tight…
Previously on The Biggest Loser Amy smashed Simon in the team head to head challenge.
“Tonight”… oh Mr Voiceover Man, has nobody told you? It’s 1pm on a Monday afternoon!
Anyway, in this episode last chance training, a heated weigh-in and a shock elimination in the arena. Exciting!
Team Blue relays the exciting news they won another challenge, head to heads against the Orange team. Shannan’s obviously very impressed by Amy beating Simon, asks how her shoulders are. “Sore”, admits Amy. Worth it for the 1kg advantage they’ll have at the weigh-in later.
Lynton’s a high achiever, Shannan says. He wanted to be a pilot, then an instructor, but as a result his health has suffered along the way. But he’s seeing a changed man now. Lynton’s moving a lot more like a 27 year old, says he’s going to join a gym when he leaves. He’s generally feeling a lot more positive about the direction of his life.
TBL 11×07 – In an orange shirt Josh looks like a sweet potato
Previously on The Biggest Loser the Blue Team won a challenge thing! Mostly thanks to the athleticism of Brett.
Tonight, the guy who wants to be a cop, Josh, is too lazy to stick it out in training and so he threatens to walk. Libby points out it’s basically a death sentence but I guess he misses his family? They’ll miss you more when you’re dead, mate!
Also, the second weigh-in of the season is upon us.
Josh thinks he’s maybe doing it harder than the other contestants, he’s questioning if he wants to still be there. Pretty sure some of the others have families they’d like to get back to as well!
Lisa-Faye (not a real name!) is organising breakfasts. Steph’s been struggling with the food in the house because she’s a vegetarian. So to get her protein she’s been eating a lot of eggs. Hope nobody points out eggs are not a vegetarian dish!
TBL 11×04 – Welcome to Thunderdome! Three fatties enter, two fatties leave!
Previously on The Biggest Loser we were only three episodes into the season and an elimination has already taken place. Poor old Jenny was sent home by Team Blue, mostly because she volunteered, so it wasn’t that sad.
Tonight we’re treated to the first weigh-in of the season. And then the losing team will be facing up to another elimination, but this season it’s different! The three lowest weightlosing contestants will face off in some kind of arena based competition… to the death?
Probably not to the death. The show isn’t that grim.
Don’t forget, we get to vote this year on who ultimately wins the show, based on the best transformation overall. Start saving your pennies, kids!
For now, the very first time having last chance training for the year. Jenny’s gone, Shannan asks what happened. Jenny was worried she might have to leave anyway so she was happy to go home. Matt also volunteered, Shannan asks him if he still wants to be there, and how much does he want to be there? 70%, Matt says. Which isn’t good enough for anyone.
Brett asks if we’d be happy getting 70% of your wages for the week. Dunno, ask a woman?
TBL 10×38 – Penultimate Weigh In, Elimination, Elimination, Juice!
Previously on The Biggest Loser Familes we saw Tony win another challenge, gaining “Ultimate Immunity”, a pass straight to the finale tomorrow night. We also saw Sam grab a payout of $20,000 to leave the game early, as she felt she would not be able to win regardless.
Tonight, the very last weigh in at Camp Biggest Loser for the year. This one looks to be a bit different, with a red line in play as well. Possibly signifying an instant elimination for the person who has lost the least weight in the week? Two other people will be below the yellow line and two others will be safe above the line. Or, probably, Tony and one other will be safe.
Things do not look good for the last remaining contestant not of the Jofre family. Can Tenealle lose enough weight to secure her safety one last time, or is this the end of the road for the Auvale team?
This is it, people. Time to weigh in. Right after Fiona throws one last curve ball. The person who records the lowest weightloss percentage tonight will fall below the red line and will be immediately eliminated from the competition. The next two lowest will be below the yellow line and will face a vote. Only two votes, only really matters if Tenealle is above the line, huh?
TBL 10×34 – Super Duper Challenge And Duper Super Weigh In!
Previously on The Biggest Loser the Super Duper Iron Man Or Woman Or Whatever Second Chance Challenge Thingy kicked off. Three places back in the competition are up for grabs and, as usual, a Jofre is in the lead.
When we left them on Tuesday night Tony’s crossed the finish line first and is trying to pick which plate of food has the lowest number of calories. Or is at least in the bottom three, so he can get back into the house.
In a surprise twist, Ali’s in second place after an incredibly strong performance in the kayaking leg. Could she be a surprise return to the house? Maybe she can redeem herself this time?
