Previously on The Biggest Loser Daina totally pigged out on desserts to save her sister from elimination!

Commando Steve returned for the first time this year to have the contestants drag a bulldozer through the mud then dig up a bunch of dirt. Awesome!

Tonight, Geoff has to face reality? Wayne sees red during training with Shannan.

Also, Sharif’s going to visit. It’s unclear whether he’ll be bringing his bellyskinflap. Hopefully he’s got that sorted out by now.

Tonight? Tonight is the first Temptation for the year. Some delicious looking food seems to be on offer and if there’s one thing we know about these people it’s that they like their food!
