TBL 11×13 – Revealing everyone’s vote? Fiona is most best!
Previously on The Biggest Loser the contestants were training with the GWS Giants, then they had to cook lunch for the boys. Surprisingly, Orange won a cooking challenge and will have some kind of advantage for today’s challenge.
Today! Another team challenge with an elimination on the other end of it. But first, writing things on barrels! For some reason.
Shannan, Libby and Fiona are out front of the Biggest Loser headquarters to greet the contestants today. Team challenge time, winning team safe from elimination, losing team to go to The Arena to vote out a member of their team.
Luke, how’s your transformation going so far? He’s a little frustrated with his progress but he’s pushing through it, unlike what he would have done before.
Amy says Shannan challenges her every time, in a good way, as is discussing things they wouldn’t normally discuss in the house.
TBL 11×11 – Gonna find my baby, gonna hold her tight…
Previously on The Biggest Loser Amy smashed Simon in the team head to head challenge.
“Tonight”… oh Mr Voiceover Man, has nobody told you? It’s 1pm on a Monday afternoon!
Anyway, in this episode last chance training, a heated weigh-in and a shock elimination in the arena. Exciting!
Team Blue relays the exciting news they won another challenge, head to heads against the Orange team. Shannan’s obviously very impressed by Amy beating Simon, asks how her shoulders are. “Sore”, admits Amy. Worth it for the 1kg advantage they’ll have at the weigh-in later.
Lynton’s a high achiever, Shannan says. He wanted to be a pilot, then an instructor, but as a result his health has suffered along the way. But he’s seeing a changed man now. Lynton’s moving a lot more like a 27 year old, says he’s going to join a gym when he leaves. He’s generally feeling a lot more positive about the direction of his life.
TBL 11×09 – Not enough mud, need more mud, mud mud mud!
Previously on The Biggest Loser Transformed the two teams were tasked with creating a healthy, low cost meal. And the Blue Team actually won for a change!
Tonight it’s another elimination challenge. An epic obstacle course set in Glenworth Valley. Blue have some kind of advantage for the challenge so there’s a chance they might not fail miserably!
Fiona’s in the middle of a muddy paddock with Libby and Shannan and she confirms they’re there for an obstacle course challenge, with the losing team joining her in the elimination room to vote out one of their own.
Week 3, anyone carrying any injuries? Luke and Josh were tussling in the kitchen and he copped an elbow in the ribs. Has a sweet bruise to show for it, but the medics have advised he sit out of the challenge. Real smart, guys!
TBL 11×07 – In an orange shirt Josh looks like a sweet potato
Previously on The Biggest Loser the Blue Team won a challenge thing! Mostly thanks to the athleticism of Brett.
Tonight, the guy who wants to be a cop, Josh, is too lazy to stick it out in training and so he threatens to walk. Libby points out it’s basically a death sentence but I guess he misses his family? They’ll miss you more when you’re dead, mate!
Also, the second weigh-in of the season is upon us.
Josh thinks he’s maybe doing it harder than the other contestants, he’s questioning if he wants to still be there. Pretty sure some of the others have families they’d like to get back to as well!
Lisa-Faye (not a real name!) is organising breakfasts. Steph’s been struggling with the food in the house because she’s a vegetarian. So to get her protein she’s been eating a lot of eggs. Hope nobody points out eggs are not a vegetarian dish!
TBL 11×06 – Can Team Blue win anything, ever, or are they DOOMED?
Previously on The Biggest Loser Transformed… a day without an elimination! Dr Andrew Rochford revealed how much disgusting fat the contestants were all carrying around without mentioning it’s perfectly normal to have some fat in your body.
Sarah Wilson talked a bunch of crap about sugar and then had the contestants cook some healthy-ish alternatives to everyone’s favourite chocolate biscuit thing, Wagon Wheels!
Tonight it’s another big team challenge, with an elimination looming at the end.
Back at Camp Biggest Loser Team Orange has exclusive use of all the gym equipment, so Team Blue are at a big disadvantage, Orange thinks. Easy to get your heart rate up in the gym, harder outside it.
Team Blue are… standing around talking about what they could do, instead of doing it! They’ve all recognised that a lack of equipment will be a problem when they get home as well, so they’re coming up with ideas like shadow boxing, pushups and running laps of their tennis court. There’s also a running track up and over a hill.
