News on a potential new season… kinda?

The perennial shit talkers at Woman’s Day claimed all four trainers – Michelle Bridges, Shannan Ponton, Tiffiny Hall and Commando Steve – have all been let go from the series.

In response, Bridges yesterday posted a fun beach photo of herself, Willis and their eight-month- old son Axel on Instagram with the caption: “Ummmm … whatever …” followed by the eggplant emoji and three “speak no evil” monkeys.

“Best emoji to describe my thoughts,” she wrote.

It’s not a denial. Michelle in particular is unlikely to care as her success outside of the show has been impressive, but the others have also done pretty well out of their time on the show.

The real question is whether the show could continue without at least Michelle or Shannan. Would anyone even want it to keep going without them?

Nothing from Princess Fiona Falkiner on this rumour. It definitely wouldn’t be worth going on without her!

Via a friend of a friend I bring this potentially interesting news to you.

Sunday, February 13th at 7am, a group of crazy people will be willingly subjecting themselves to a training session with The Biggest Loser’s Commando Steve. And you can join them!

More details are available on the event’s page at Facebook, but the most important part is that it’s in Sydney. Brighton Le Sands, to be precise. So if you can’t be in Sydney on the 13th you can save yourself some time. :-)

It’s not a free training session but with Steve having a team to himself and a lot more screen time on the show this year it’ll probably be the cheapest session you’ll get with him any time soon. Meet the man in person! Have him shout at you! Wet your pants! It’ll be awesome!

Remember, you need to go to the page on Facebook if you want to attend. I’m just passing on the message. It won’t count if you just tell me. :-)

Frequent viewers of Channel 10 (and sad, sad people who watched the Oprah show) may have spotted some early teaser clips for the upcoming sixth season of The Biggest Loser Australia.

I haven’t seen them myself… but I have seen the teaser trailers that have recently appeared on the official site.
