9×22 – Every breath you take, every step you make, I’ll be watching you

Previously on The Biggest Loser Australia the eliminated contestants all returned after being under the tutelage of Michelle Bridges back in Ararat.

Tonight the contestants will be taking part in “the most hardcore challenge” ever. They’re doing a training course the elite NSW police force units use to hone their skills.

But first some training in the sandpit for Commando Steve and his selected victims. Lots of talk tonight about how the eliminated contestants don’t deserve another chance in the house. But Steve tells us that every day’s a renewable contract for them, put in the hard work or you don’t get to stay, simple as that. If they want to get rid of the returning contestants all they have to do is push them below the yellow line.

Katrina says she thinks everyone’s position is in jeopardy and so if she has to work out all day every day that’s what she’ll do.

9×19 – I want a water trike!

Previously on The Biggest Loser Cal won the title of the fittest contestants at Camp Biggest Loser.

Tonight the contestants will have to do a firewalk to prove… something or other. Mental toughness? All it really proves is you know how the trick works!

Then it’s time for another Biggest Loser triathlon. Fun!

Sharon’s feeling a bit sore and sorry for herself after the pyramid of power. Jane says a spa would be really nice and Sharon agrees.

But nope, the trainers have arrived so it’s time to train! Steve’s going to take those he hasn’t trained this season while Shannan takes the others. Steve is taking Kev and Katrina to “make sandcastles”, which has Katrina excited for a moment. Then Steve says they’ll be taking all the sand from one end to the other.

9×16 – I am so TIREd of these puns

Previously on The Biggest Loser the Ararat blue team won an advantage for the blue team at Camp Biggest Loser. Craig found a 5kg “gold nugget” the black team has to carry 24 hours a day until the weigh in.

Tonight Shannon’s going to make a breakthrough in training and then it’ll be time for the weekly challenge, this week that means lugging a bunch of tires and dumping them into a cage.

But first the trainers turn up to Camp to catch up with the champs. First on the agenda is the gold nugget explanation of course. Cal tries to grab the gold nugget away, half in jest, half seriously. Shannan approves!

Shannan’s come into the house carrying a newspaper and on the front page of the Ararat Advertiser is a picture of the blue team winning at their challenge. Cool! I guess.

9×10 – Treadmills rolling over an open pool… *sings*

Previously on The Biggest Loser there was a hay bale challenge back in Ararat that Blue won under somewhat controversial circumstances.

Back at Camp Biggest Loser The Fridge resulted in Toni gaining immunity and Matt being sent back home to Ararat.

Tonight! Challenge night for the champs. Treadmills hanging over the edge of a pool, keep walking till you fall over and land in the pool. And Big Kev’s going to emerge a bit worse for wear…

But first Hayley arrives at Camp for a chat with the champs. Everyone immediately says uhoh. Hayley says she doesn’t want to be the uhoh lady, she wants to be the yayyyy lady!

9×07 – Challenge Day. Who’ll Get Stuck With Big Kev?

Previously on The Biggest Loser Rodger was sent home at Elimination, only to find out it was not all over – Michelle was waiting back in Ararat to train him and other eliminated contestants as the new Red Team.

Tonight, who won at Temptation and what’s the catch? There’s always a twist.

Later, Cam might have something wrong with his heart? Then the weekly challenge involves shipping containers, rolling them around, lifting hay bales and some huge prize that is actually Big Kev from last season.

But first, Hayley relives last night’s Temptation adventures.

Someone consumed 3,019 calories. That someone was… Cal. Oh, really? Odd. Everyone’s a little surprised. He ate a steak sandwich, hotdog with sauce and a large cola. Caitlin says Commando is going to go OFF.

But before he gets the $30,000, there’s a twist. As a group they’ve raised over $40,000 for the town of Ararat. And if Cal takes his money it comes out of that money. Well, that’s put him on the spot, hasn’t it!
