Host

While some models shy away from the plus size tag, international model Fiona Falkiner has embraced it. First gracing our television screens in 2006 as a contestant on The Biggest Loser, Fiona was a clear crowd favourite. She lost an impressive 30 kilograms and finished in fourth place.

This year Fiona returns as host of The Biggest Loser: Transformed, offering a great source of support, compassion and inspiration to the contestants on what may be their biggest journey in life.

From the small country town of Birregurra in Victoria, all the way to the international fashion stage, Fiona knows what it takes to reach health, fitness and career goals.

As someone who has been in the contestants’ shoes, Fiona believes that a healthy state of mind is just as important as physical exercise. She aims to spread the message of positive body image and inspire the contestants to love themselves and their bodies.

Fiona says: “I know what it’s like for these contestants and I hope to help them each day to achieve their goals. I know the mindset you need to keep positive and find your self-confidence.

“I am here to listen to the contestants and help Shannan and Libby push them further. After working with Shannan for a while, I know how much work and care he puts into each day with them. I’m so excited to have Libby join us as well and see how she will get her team motivated.”

Fiona works around the world as a model and is represented by modeling agencies in Australia, the UK, Germany and the US. A size 16, Fiona is happy and confident. Dedicated to inspiring others to love themselves and their body, Fiona is an ambassador  for Trimfit Bodies and recently worked on a campaign for Target.
