“The boss of the Westren family” and self-confessed “control freak”, Sharlene has come to realise that she’s controlling very little about her current life.
It’s been a rough road for the feisty mother, having lost her premature baby Claire, and given birth to cerebral palsy-stricken Emma the following year, but Sharlene isn’t about to feel sorry for herself.
Constantly looking after other people, Sharlene has decided to put herself first for a change, and embarks on her Biggest Loser journey looking to emerge fit, fabulous, and enjoying a rekindled spark with her beloved husband Craig.
