Entering the Biggest Loser House with her boyfriend Leigh and his parents Craig and Sharlene, it was Lara’s suggestion that the family apply to take part in the competition.
Lara and Leigh dream of getting married, but aren’t prepared to realise that dream until they both lose weight. They accept they’re stuck in a rut, and would like nothing more than to break the vicious cycle and one day start a family.
With her man being an avid DJ, Lara targets the day she feels comfortable enough to return to the clubs and dance the night away to his tunes.
Tired of comparisons to her twin sister, Lara is ready to leave the excuses at the door and reclaim her life and happiness.
