2011 at Camp Biggest Loser promises plenty of surprises, but arguably the biggest is Damien, the heaviest contestant in Biggest Loser Australia history. The married father of three has added more than 100kilos to his frame over the past decade, decreasing his mobility to the point where even dressing unaided proves difficult.

Currently training to become a teacher, Damien knows all too well that realising his dream of standing in front of a class will require more than academic success; he needs to reclaim his health and fitness, and in doing so become not just a role model for his students, but his children too.

Damien undertakes his Biggest Loser journey with his nephew Nathaniel and brothers Greg and Joe, hoping that the experience will both bring them together, and help them transform their lives.
