My reasons for applying for Biggest Loser are:
To prove to myself that I have what it takes to achieve anything in life. To get fit and healthy, and start living a normal life as a 20 year old. To find out new things about myself that I didn’t know

I first realized I was overweight and need help when:
My clothes were no longer fitting me, and when people began making nasty comments about my weight.

I hope to lose weight but gain:
My life back! Confidence, self esteem and motivation.

The previous contestant I have found inspiring was (and why?)
Pati; Pati weighed the same as I do when she first started the Biggest Loser journey. And her finishing weight is a little less than my goal weight. So I look at her and think, if she can do it, then so can I!

The best part of being on Biggest Loser is:
Meeting new people with similar issues as myself and being able to work together to overcome our problems. To learn who I am and start believing in myself.

I am preparing myself for this journey by:
Staying positive and having faith in myself. My family and friends all have enough faith in me to keep me motivated and to keep my mind focused.

I think the most difficult part of being on Biggest Loser will be:
Being away from my family and friends. Especially not having any contact with my mum; she is my inspiration and my rock. Knowing that I may not get the chance to speak to her for many months devastates me. Also, living in a house with complete strangers and different personalities.

My biggest weakness is:
My family; I’m a very strong person, but when it comes to my family, I am a sucker!

Some bad habits I would like to get rid of are:
My eating habits and changing my way of thinking when it comes to nutrition and fitness.

The one thing I want Australia to know about me is that:
I’m a feisty little fire cracker and I will explode if you get under my skin.

I think I will win Biggest Loser because:
I hate to lose. I’m very competitive- once I have my mind set on something I will do anything it takes to succeed.

One thing I have never done because I was overweight and will do once I lose the weight will be to:
Go bungee jumping! I’ve always wanted to do it but being overweight, I’d always picture that rope snapping in half- so once I’ve lost the weight, I’ll have no more excuses.
