My reason(s) for applying for Biggest Loser are:
Doing something for me, I want and need to change my path and I really want my outside to show how I feel on the inside.

I first realized I was overweight and needed help when:
When I finally submitted my application for Biggest Loser 3

I hope to lose weight but gain:
Life! To do more with my children and gain a new fantastic size 12 wardrobe

The previous contestant I have found inspiring was (and why?) :
Kristie, because she made it all the way and 2 years on she has still kept the weight off.

The best part of being on Biggest Loser is:
Making my dreams come true, gaining life skills to change my life forever, becoming the first female Biggest Loser (winner) and being able to show my family and friends what I can do.

I am preparing myself for this journey by:
Accepting I have a weight problem; making the decision to take this journey all the way; I feel I have mentally prepared myself to be away from my family; Have made the decision to be open and ready for a change, even though I am unsure where or what it will be. I was prepared for this journey from the moment I pressed submit on the application.

I think the most difficult part of being on Biggest Loser will be:
Being away from my family

My biggest weakness is:
Chocolate and making excuses about why I don’t have time to exercise.

Some bad habits I would like to get rid of are:
Inactivity; Overeating and taking on too much and not making time for myself

The one thing I want Australia to know about me is that:
I am determined!

I think I will win the Biggest Loser because:
I have the mental and physical strength to take this all the way; I have prepared and accepted that I need to change from the day I submitted my application and I am determined, passionate and I believe in myself

One thing I have never done because I was overweight and will do once I loose the weight will be to:
Bungee jumping!
