Lynton

Lynton has always been overweight but it is only now that his health has threatened to derail his dream career as a flight instructor that he has realised it is time to make a change.

With a Filipino mother and Italian father, Lynton grew up around food. He says his biggest hurdle is his ignorance and lack of education about, and understanding of, healthy diet and exercise.

A lover of paragliding, scuba diving and hiking, Lynton hopes his improved health can allow him to explore new hobbies like skydiving, hang gliding and bungee jumping.
