An intensive care paramedic, Jenny feels that she already eats healthy and fresh food, but her night shifts have made it hard to keep the weight off. Various diets and fads have also proven unsuccessful.

In Jenny’s spare time, she enjoys gardening and growing organic vegetables, fruits and berries. She is inspired by her late husband and excited to make her family proud.
