Jake

Good-looking and charming, Jake  was once a model. But after settling into a comfortable relationship with his partner and children, the weight began to creep on.Jake was diagnosed with Type 1  Diabetes at the age of 23, which he found overwhelming. He now has an insulin pump with a motor constantly driving insulin into his body, making his diet a full-time balancing act.

Admitting that portion control is his  downfall, Jake is excited to get his health back under control and make his family proud.
