Previously on The Biggest Loser the foolish Reds foolishly tried to play the other teams for fools by putting Damien up for Elimination, thinking the other teams wouldn’t send him home.

They were wrong! It backfired spectacularly with a unanimous vote to send Damien home.

Tonight, EXPLOSIONS! DRAMA! Everyone hates Joe for being a gutless prick!
Also, the families get to vote on who they want out of the game. Surely it’ll be the much maligned Reds?
Then later we get even more footage of the trainers week in hell with their families, porking out before Fat Camp. Expected a lot more hurling!

Red and Black leftovers are in the lounge room waiting for the others to return from Elimination. Black’s pretty sure Jodie will be going home, since how could you send Damien home?
Pretty easily, actually.

Previously on The Biggest Loser… no, wait, it’s another endless plug for Glee. Who cares about rewinding Live TV? I’d much rather be able to fast forward!

Aaaanyway, Friday on The Biggest Loser saw the families competing in a Challenge to win letters from home via stacking up a bunch of sandbags on scales.
The Duncans, as usual, were winning pretty comfortably at the end of the show.

Tonight we find out if they go on to win The Challenge. Then later another weigh-in rolls around. Who’ll face Elimination later tonight?

Previously on The Biggest Loser the families weighed in again with The Westrens shifting up into first place overall.
Then at The Contest Red and Black have bowed out but Blue and White are still in the game.

Tonight we find out who wins The Contest, we get to see Black be “very dirty little girls” (*herrrrrrrk*) and The Challenge will begin. Lots of sandbagging and lugging sandbags and the reward is the inevitable letters from home.

But first! The Contest continues.

Previously on The Biggest Loser The Duncans had a bit of a cry over Sarah-Jayne being sent home.
Nobody else seemed too fussed, however.
Also The Westrens won immunity for their whole family by winning at Temptation. Shannan wasn’t quite as enthused as his family.

Tonight it’s time for another whole-family weigh-in and Sarah-Jayne might be back for it?
Also The Contest gets under way. Looks to be another strength based challenge, coupled with a knowledge thing. Get an answer wrong, your champ gets more weight on the bars.

As the episode starts everyone is filing into the Weigh-In Room.
The winning family this week gets an extra bonus – control over The Contest. Which could be anything, really.

Previously on The Biggest Loser Sarah-Jayne’s bitchy attitude caught up with her at Elimination!

Tonight, Sarah-Jayne’s elimination causes The Duncans to blow up at those who voted her out.
Also, Temptation is some disgusting Chinese yum cha type affair. And it looks like quite a few people will be partaking.

Out in the loungeroom, waiting for the verdict, are the Blue and White teams. Emma calls Sharlene “Ma?”
Sharlene’s still a bit upset about Craig putting himself in her place. She says it’s like he’s abandoned her.
Lara says he must have been feeling pretty crap to want to go home. Jarrod tells us he hopes the Red and Black teams grant Craig’s wish and send him home.
