TBL 10×16 – Life’s A Beach…ed Whale. Weigh Station.

Previously on The Biggest Loser we left the contestants sweating on the beach in a physically challenging competition, which the Jofres are winning. Of course. But they’re up to a bit that requires brains. And Jofres don’t brain too good.

Tonight, did they done brain good and win challenge? Or will the Hailwoods come from behind?

Also it’s Sunday so that means Last Chance Training and a weigh in. Can the Pestells keep their shit together this week and not end up below the yellow line? Can the Jofres continue pulling big enough numbers to keep themselves safe?

There’s also some Very Special Guests in the form of rugby players putting the contestants through their paces. This is probably very exciting for many of the contestants as they all seem the kind of bogan who’d be right into the footy, right?

There’ll also be some video calls home. They’ve only been there a couple of weeks!

TBL 10×15 – What Do You Call A Biggest Loser Contestant Covered In Sand?

Previously on The Biggest Loser Ali was surprisingly sent home at elimination, exposing the weakness of the Hailwood/Pestell alliance and showing that, shockingly, the Jofres are men of their word.

Tonight we find out what the Auvales can do with the power they won at The Game yesterday. Later, another beach challenge kicks off. Lots of drama, lots of fighting, lots of it not getting finished until Sunday…

But first a replay of last night’s events, the Auvales get to open the case and see what’s inside. Johnee’s the one opening it. Will we see what’s inside this time? Not just yet, just talk of it being “huge” and “interesting” and they should go tell the other families what’s going on.

The other families are speculating it might be a restriction on gym usage or maybe bedroom reassignments. The boys want the Pestell bedroom. Guess it’s nicer or more convenient or something?

TBL 10×14 – So Long, Farewell, Auf Wiedersehn To Johnee?

Previously on The Biggest Loser the Jofres had all the power in the game and they’ve used it to their maximum advantage, putting Johnee from the Auvales up for elimination. Alongside Ali, but that’s probably not important, Johnee is surely the one who’ll go?

Tonight, we find out how accurate my prognostication has been. Will they send the big threat Johnee home or will they screw over the Pestells by sending Ali home.

After the elimination The Game returns. Some kind of memory challenge, coupled with mini cupcakes. Very pretty looking mini cupcakes. I don’t imagine they’re light on calories, however.

First, time for the elimination room. Princess Fiona has changed her dress again. She’s in a black snakeskin patterned looking dress instead of the blue she wore to weigh in.

Anyway, Hailwoods, want to see who’s been put up for elimination by the Jofres?

Heads fall as they see it’s Ali and Johnee walking in. They expected to see Ali or Jodie up, but they’re most surprised by Johnee being up.

TBL 10×13 – Jofres. They’re All Bad.

Previously on The Biggest Loser the march of the Jofres continued with another win at The Game and a win at the weekly challenge kind of inevitable the only question that remains is whether they can also win at the weigh in. They have control over which team member weighs in for each team so if they aren’t at least safe it will be a huge shock.

Tonight the Auvales are going to try and beat the Jofres in the final leg of the weekly challenge. It involves fire in a contained room and possibly rescuing a dummy from it? Fighting the fire would be more fun but I guess that requires more training.

Later, time for last chance training and the Pestells are falling apart. Then the weigh in, where the Jofre/Auvale alliance might be crumbling already?

But first, Tenealle and Moses versus Tony and Daniel. Who can save another person’s life… the fastest? The most safely? Sam explains they’ll be wearing breathing apparatus and other protective gear. They have to retrieve a life size dummy and then extinguish a car fire when they come back out. Tenealle’s scared and she’s not even in with the fire yet!

The winner of the challenge will get to choose who faces elimination from the two teams below the yellow line. Ouch, that could be the source of a bunch of drama, huh?

TBL 10×12 – And Jodie’s Just Like, I Can’t Even

Previously on The Biggest Loser we said goodbye to Kayla at the weekly elimination as the Jofre/Auvale alliance kicked in.

Then at The Game the Jofres won yet another advantage of some kind. What is it? We find out tonight!

Tonight! The Pestells are at it again, bitching and moaning and fighting amongst themselves instead of training. Poor Shannan.

Later, former winner of The Biggest Loser and current fireman Sam Rouen is going to run the contestants through some of his firefighting training. Looking forward to seeing that but first we have to eat our greens, in the form of more Pestell bickering.

As the episode picks up the Jofres walk into the lounge to tell the other teams what was in the case. In the case was a set of four discs with the team names on them. And it means the Jofres will get to choose which sole person from their family will represent them at weigh in. Who goes under the line will be decided based on single effort, so nobody can slack off this week in case they get put up as their representative.

Anyway, time to train! Mish reminds her team that if they’re going to play the game hard they’ve got to train hard. Mish tells us it’s going to be hard to keep track of everyone else’s movements, though the Jofres think it’ll be easy to keep track of their exercises and dietary intake. Wonder if they’ll get it right?
