TBL 7×56 – Michelle and Hamish do some “Last Chance Training”, if you know what I mean.

Previously on The Biggest Loser… Lydia won at The Contest/Challenge thing and earned herself a 1kg weight advantage at weigh in plus the right to give someone a 1kg penalty. Ouch!

Also, Michelle’s been home for the week to visit her Mum, thanks to Margie’s generosity.

Tonight! Steve’s going to blow up at Graham’s nut habit. Michelle unleashes her “secret weapon” for Last Chance Training – Hamish! And there’s a big surprise at weigh in?

But first, who’s Lydia giving the penalty to? She’s giving it to Graham. Lydia says he’ll have to dig deep to overcome the challenge and she thinks Steve will understand why Lydia picked him.
Graham has the sads because he’d voted to keep Lydia in the game so it felt like a low blow. But he’s confident he can overcome it.

After the challenge, Alex is back! Hooray!
He had a lung infection apparently and is currently on antibiotics to sort it out. Should be right in a few days, he says.

Then they explain how the Temptation played out since Alex participated but didn’t get to find out the results. They’re all messing with him, Brenda says it was her that took part and she ate A LOT of chocolate. Never eaten that much chocolate in her life!
How many calories? 2… thousand? No, 222!

Alex is very relieved and Bek says to him that he deserves to be there and it’d be a shame if illness sent him packing.

Training time! Tiff’s only got Kasey to train today since Michelle’s still at home.
How does Kasey think Michelle’s doing? Well, let’s give her a phone call and see how she’s going! Quite well, as it turns out.
Michelle was there for her Mum’s birthday and yes, there was cake but Michelle didn’t have any, much to Kasey and Tiff’s relief.

So, Last Chance Training, what’ve you got lined up? Hamish is there. Tiff gets a dirty look on her face. He drove for 13 hours?! What?! Tiff is gobsmacked. She’s worried about Hamish training Michelle. Hamish can’t train himself, Tiff reckons!

Hamish is hollering away at Michelle in training. Michelle tells us it’s kind of funny having him train her but this is her last chance to lose weight for the week so it’s got to be a good session. And she’s a bit worried about her binge still.
Hamish seems to be doing a pretty good job, it must be said. He’s urging her on, telling her to bring out the inner ninja, etc.
Hamish tells her she doesn’t need to worry about her result this week, she’ll do well, etc. Michelle’s still just happy he came and helped her.

Mish has Lydia and Margie training. Margie’s been getting in lots of extra training, she says. Other people think she’s been lying around sleeping a lot but when everyone else is sitting around in the lounge she’ll go outside and train in the outdoors away from everyone. So nobody has any idea about how much training she’s really done.
She wants to make sure she’s done everything she can to stay above the Line this week.

Margie says they’re going to be happy with their results this week. We’ll see!

Steve’s performing a surprise inspection of the boys’ room to check up on them. He’s warned them he’d be doing it. First thing Steve notices is the mess all round Graham’s bed.
Then he finds two containers of nuts. Which mightn’t be so bad but they’re roasted nuts, which is apparently worse? But he’s also annoyed that they’re beside his bed because he probably eats them in bed and then forgets all about having eaten them.
Graham thought he hurt after the morning training session? That’s nothing, Steve wants answers now!

Graham’s sitting on a spinbike pedalling away when Steve finds him. Steve asks him what they are. Nuts! Why were they in his room? Because someone kept stealing them?
What sort of nuts can he have? Unsalted… And? Un-what?
Not roasted! Apparently he’s allowed to have the nuts otherwise.

But Steve’s big problem is they were sitting beside his bed! Graham’s insisting it’s only because they were getting stolen out of the cupboard. Steve says if he was as concerned about his training as he was about his nuts he’d be on top of the leaderboard. Instead he’s on the bottom.
Steve asks him how he can trust that Graham isn’t snacking on them in the middle of the night and stuff?
Why’s Steve doing all the fighting? Graham should be fighting! Graham knows it, too. And Steve tells him he’s got 15 minutes to go clean up his room.
Steve cares about his boys but it’s obvious Graham needs a little extra helping hand.

Graham tells us it’s been a wakeup call for him and he has to do everything he can between now and weigh in.

And now it’s time for weigh in! The original remaining contestants are just hoping to push the returnees below the Line, not any of the original remaining contestants.

But before we begin, Michelle needs to come back. Awww, hugs and hullos. Michelle says it was really good to spend the rest of the week home and it was good celebrating Mum’s birthday.
Also she had a visitor? Yes, she called Hamish and he came to visit too. Hee, so cute!

Eight contestants remaining but Hayley says there’s a divide between them still. Those who’ve been there since Day One and those who have returned and this is the first competitive weigh in for them all.

Lydia has a 1kg advantage, Graham has a 1kg penalty and Alex has Immunity. So long as he hasn’t gained weight, which after much of the week in hospital is likely.

Alex Previous: 111.1kg
Alex Current: 111kg
Alex Loss: 0.1kg
Alex Percentage: 0.09%

OOF! That was extraordinarily close. He looks very relieved. He stuck to the diet but had a lot of fluids pumped into him in hospital so he was very worried. It’s been hard not training and he thinks without Immunity he would’ve been going home today.

Now the real fun begins.

Bek’s first of the competitors…

Bek Previous: 92.3kg
Bek Current: 88.9kg
Bek Loss: 3.4kg
Bek Percentage: 3.68%

First place! Bek’s stoked at getting into the 80s. Her biggest goal was getting an 8 at the front of her weight so she’s very, very excited.

Next up, Kasey.

Kasey Previous: 94.6kg
Kasey Current: 91.8kg
Kasey Loss: 2.8kg
Kasey Percentage: 2.96%

Second place!

Brenda Previous: 90.9kg
Brenda Current: 88.4kg
Brenda Loss: 2.5kg
Brenda Percentage: 2.75%

Third place!

Lydia Previous: 95.5kg
Lydia Current: 92.3kg
Lydia Loss: 3.2kg
Lydia after advantage: 4.2kg
Lydia Percentage: 4.4%

First place. She says she’s worked the hardest this week of any week she’s been at Camp. She’s very focused.

Graham Previous: 152.2kg
Graham Current: 145.6kg
Graham Loss: 6.6kg
Graham after penalty: 5.6kg
Graham Percentage: 3.68%

Equal second with Bek and thus safe.
His goal this week was 8kg but he’s still happy with 6.6kg.
Steve says Graham’s running at about 75%. He needs to believe in himself. Graham says he’s been ashamed of himself all his life but he’s starting to turn that around but he has a long way to go.
Steve tells him he’s still got a chance to climb to the top of the leader board but it’s up to him to do it.

Michelle’s been at home since the first Contest of the week and so she’s very nervous. She thinks she had a good week at home but the day before she left is still eating away at her. She’d had a binge on that day and she’d actually had another one later that same day that was a lot worse than the first one. Arg!

Michelle Previous: 77.7kg
Michelle Current: 77kg
Michelle Loss: 0.7kg
Michelle Percentage: 0.9%

Poor Michelle. :-( She’ll be facing elimination but potentially with someone a much bigger threat.
Michelle’s not surprised by the number and is in fact pretty relieved just to have lost some weight as she was convinced she’d’ve gained weight. She’s relieved the work she did at home has helped her make up for it.
How bad was Michelle’s binge before going home? Really bad, she says. She was feeling really down and missing her family. Tiff says they’ve got to teach her how to deal with the feelings and not numb them with food.

Margie’s looking pretty worried before heading out. She needs at least 3.1kg to stay safe, which should be doable for Margie.

Margie Previous: 110.3kg
Margie Current: 108.3kg
Margie Loss: 2kg
Margie Percentage: 1.81%

BYE MARGIE! Nobody’s going to be stupid enough to send Michelle home, right?
Margie didn’t see it coming, she says. She was hoping to be down to 106-105 and didn’t see it coming at all. Mish tells her she’s done everything she could this week, Mish is super proud of her and she’ll do fine whether she stays or goes.

Michelle and Margie will be facing elimination. Will Michelle try and fall on her sword for Margie since Margie sent her home to see her Mum?
Michelle’s worried because Margie’s well-loved in the house, apparently? But she’s also a threat so Michelle could be safe. No idea!

Elimination room time.

Margie’s devastated, gutted, hasn’t stopped crying since weigh in apparently. She was really looking forward to a few more weeks at Camp.
She’s hoping the loyalty and love and support she’s shown will save her but she can’t control how they vote. And people see her as a threat and that’s kind of nice, but Michelle is a threat too!

Hahahaha yeah, nah. Nobody’s buying that, Margie. Not when Michelle keeps bingeing.

Michelle’s worried because it’s a game. But she wants to stay so she can learn more and she’s never been happier in her life. Margie’s still trying to find the woman she’s going to be and Michelle feels like she’s only scratched the surface herself.
She hopes people vote based on who deserves to stay there. Yes, it’s a game, but it’s also their lives.

Kasey’s close to both of them and it’ll be really hard to say goodbye to one of them tonight. Lots of tears. Michelle’s in tears and being comforted by Margie. So many tears!

Alex is devastated. He doesn’t know what to do, hardest elimination yet, he says.
Really? Come on, just vote with your brain and send Margie home.

Hung vote means Michelle goes home. That’d be three votes, for those playing along at home who are bad at math.

Kasey’s first to vote. She’s close to both ladies and but closer to one than the other of course and so she’s voted for Margie. Nobody’s surprised by that one.

Lydia’s devastated, too. She doesn’t want either of them to go home, she really doesn’t. She’s much like Kasey though, she promised one of them them she’d never write her name down and so her vote is for Michelle.

One each!

Alex says the only reason he’s voting for this person is he owes Michelle a favour and so he’s voting for Margie. He apologises to her. Margie’s looking a bit worried now.

Brenda’s next. Brenda says one of the people has taught her so much in two short weeks so she’s having to vote out the other… she’s voting for Michelle? Margie seems very surprised by that one. Michelle doesn’t seem surprised though.

Two votes each! Oof!
One more for Michelle means she goes home.

Graham’s the next to vote. Surely he won’t vote for Michelle. He’d have to be even more of a moron than he appears.
Graham says one of the people up the other end has had his back through a number of eliminations and so he’s had to vote for Michelle.

REALLY? No wonder you’re bottom of the leader board. Fucking stupid bastard.

Anyway, that’s three votes for Michelle so there’s no need to see Bek’s vote. It probably would’ve been for Michelle too, revenge! But still.

Michelle says it’s not a shock and she loves them all, no hard feelings.
Kasey’s the saddest of all and Michelle can’t even look at her. Awww.

Michelle’s never had a close friend before and it’s nice not to have to make an effort to be nice to people, they just sort of get you. Kasey says much the same. They’ve not had to put on a fake persona to get by and now she’s going to miss Michelle. Awww. Keep going on the outside, etc. See you at Finale!

Michelle came to Camp never having been kissed and very overweight. Did she ever think she’d lose so much weight and gain a boyfriend? Nope!
Michelle’s learned she’s strong, she’s been pushed so hard and survived it all.

Will she be able to get up on the stage and sing now? She says she can’t wait to try it.

Best of luck, now get out! Bye Michelle. :-(

Lots of hugs all round but an especially big one for Kasey, awwwww.

4 weeks later she’s still training, running a lot and loves shopping now. She’s wearing some skintight legging things in a shop at one point and hubbahubba, sexy legs!
She watches her audition video and just says wow.

She’s already won, she says, because she’s got Hamish now, very exciting!
She’s looking very good it must be said.

Tomorrow night… Mish is STOKED to see Margie still there.
Shannan is appalled. She’s the biggest threat and there’s $220,000 up for grabs!

Then Alex is going on a motorcycle ride. Kasey’s going on a horse ride. Margie’s going surfing.

AND THEN SWITZERLAND! \o/
