TBL 6×52: FIFTY-TWO PICKUP! Err. Final Weigh-In, Final Elimination, Final Four Revealed!

Previously on The Biggest Loser Rebecca got sent home again, the Final Five went on their Reflection Hike…

And the best Train the Trainers day episode ever was had!

Tonight… IT’S THE FINAL COUNTDOWNNNN! Do dooo doooooooooooo!
Final Last Chance Training. Final Weigh-In. Final Elimination.

Final episode before the Finale. Awwww!

As the episode starts Steve is walking through the dark over the paradeground with a megaphone in his hand.
He calls out for them to line up at the top of the stairs. They’re all conveniently in their training gear. Which is just as well since they’re in for an epic training session tonight!

Sarah says every piece of training equipment they’ve ever used at Camp is laid out for them and their Trainers are standing there looking very serious.

No time for chat, time for training!

Commando’s training station is tire flips and a sledgehammer. Shannan’s got a spinbike and a big weight and a situp mat and a kettle bell.
Tiffiny’s got boards to break!

Nathaniel gets an honorary red belt. I assume because he’s super fit, not because he’s a Red.
Nate breaks through the board with Tiffiny, which he didn’t think he’d even be able to do!

Shannan’s got Sarah and Kellie punching a punching bag thingy in turns.
Leigh’s hammering away on a tire.

Michelle wants Nate to prove to himself that he’s physically tough now.

Emma’s kneeing a hanging heavy bag while Tiffiny yells behind her. Emma thanks Tiffiny while in tears for everything she’s done. She’s changed her life for her and her husband.
Enough tears, Tiff says. Let’s go join the others in the middle.

Steve’s there to say what they’ve just done is just the start. They’re all exhausted, Mish says, but they’re doing more!

Commando’s squats are the stuff of legend, Michelle also tells us.
Steve’s got them squatting with a bar and holding it to start, then repetitions.

Heads and eyes down. Squat. Yes there’s distractions, but ignore them, Shannan says.
The distraction is Steve sneaking up behind them. With a big truck. With a big tank on the back. With a bunch of cold water and a firehose to spray them down.
Uhoh!

Shannan says they don’t want to show anyone weakness at this stage.

They’re all still holding their squats as Steve starts spraying them with water.

Sarah, of course, is screaming her fucking head off as soon as the water sprays on her.
The others all have pokerface!

Then they have to jog and punch on the spot. Then drop down in the water and mud for a pushup, then back up.
Then down on their backs, link arms and legs and do situps together!

Afterwards Shannan asks them if anything in their life has ever felt this good. Take a look behind them at Camp Biggest Loser and remember the sacrifices they’ve made to get to this point.
Shannan congratulates them all on making it to the Final Five.

Then he tells them they all stink, time to hit the showers!

Then after another ad break… time for weigh-in. Last one at Camp!

First to weigh in for the last time… Nathaniel!

Nathaniel Previous: 88.4kg
Nathaniel Current: 86.2kg
Nathaniel Loss: 2.2kg
Nathaniel Percentage: 2.49%

Mish looks a little nervous as the numbers tick over. But she says the difference between Nathaniel now and Nathaniel at the start is amazing, he looks like any other lanky teenage boy walking down the street.
Nathaniel’s happy with his loss because he knows he couldn’t possibly have done any more than he did.

Leigh Previous: 78.5kg
Leigh Current: 76.1kg
Leigh Loss: 2.4kg
Leigh Percentage: 3.06%

First place for now. And only girls left to weigh in. He ought to be safe then. And Nathaniel’s not so far behind, soooo…?

Kellie needs to lose at least 2.7kg to stay safe from Elimination. Which would be doable for… say it with me, folks… it would be doable for anyone but a Moon!

Kellie Previous: 86kg
Kellie Current: 83.3kg
Kellie Loss: 2.7kg
Kellie Percentage: 3.14%

First place! I don’t believe it! Bwahahaha.
Kellie is now officially through to the Final Four! First one to make it through. She never thought she’d make it through to the Final Four. She was lost when she came to Camp but the Commando got through to her. Kellie says it’s all been worth it!

Sarah needs at least 3.3kg to beat Leigh and be safe from Elimination. Again, should be doable!

Sarah Previous: 106.4kg
Sarah Current: 104.2kg
Sarah Loss: 2.2kg
Sarah Percentage: 2.07%

Sarah bringing up the rear once again! She’s definitely facing Elimination now. Only remains to be seen if she’ll face it with Emma or Nathaniel!

Emma needs 1.9kg to beat Nathaniel. For a Duncan? Easy, surely?

Emma Previous: 79.7kg
Emma Current: 76.9kg
Emma Loss: 2.8kg
Emma Percentage: 3.51%

First place! Emma squeals as soon as she realises she’s safe. Tiffiny’s also very proud and happy.
Nathaniel is much less happy as he’ll now be facing off against Sarah. Not a good prospect for him.

Emma’s thrilled to be back in the Competition and now to have a chance at winning is incredible.

Leigh, Emma and Kellie are now officially part of the Final Four!

And Emma is Biggest Loser of the week for the second week in a row. Though I still say last week doesn’t count!

And now to find out who the last person to go home will be! Straight into the Elimination room already?!

But before the three vote, they have to work out who they want standing beside them at Finale. Who’s the biggest threat?

Sarah’s been through the whole process, through all the challenges and whatnot and she sees getting into the Final Four as her final challenge.
And she thinks Nathaniel’s the bigger threat. Her losses haven’t been that great most weeks and that doesn’t “equivalate” to much over the 4 weeks till Finale. And she feels like she should be rewarded for making it this far.

You’re rewarded by not being as enormously obese…

Nathaniel’s looking pretty glum. He’s been through this before, of course, though at least this time he hasn’t been fucked over by his uncles!
Nathaniel would love to be there for the end. It’d be the icing on the cake, being put through to the Final Four. He knows they might not want to because they might see him as a threat but he’d like to be there to complete his own journey.

I’d like to see him go through so there’s a representative from each family in the Finale!

Leigh’s first to vote. He’s not voting with head or heart, just what he thinks is right.
He feels like Nate does deserve to be there, he fought hard to get back in. And he took out Lara to do it (Nate bites his lip at that) but Leigh says Lara was a huge competitor and Nate also took out Joe, who Leigh’s competed with so hard against.
And Sarah’s been there since Day One but also still has a lot of weight to lose.

But today he’s taken a step back and thought about it and decided that it should be the four families all being represented at the Finale. GOOD MAN!
So he’s voted out Sarah.
So much for Blue being game players, right haters?

No, I know, you’ll still come up with a way to twist it. As you were!

Kellie’s next to vote. She says she wants both of them to be there standing beside her at Finale and they both deserve it.
But of course, family comes first for Kellie, so she’s sorry to Nathaniel but she’s had to vote him out, rather than Sarah.

Not unexpected, that.

Emma’s got a tough decision now. She’s not sure whether to vote head or heart. She thought she had it sorted out but then she’d change her mind.
But she wants to do what is right for her family…

Ad break!

Her family has always voted strategy to get them further in the game and unfortunately Nathaniel is the biggest threat remaining so she’s had to vote him out.

Awwwww. Poor Nathaniel.
Hayley asks him how he feels and he says, “Shit.”

He didn’t know if he’d make it through to the Final Four. But he’s a big threat. And Hayley tells him that’s a pretty big compliment.
Leigh reminds him he beat Lara, and beat Joe even with a bung knee. Emma tells him he can do it on the outside, he did it for eight weeks before.
He hasn’t made the Final Four, Hayley says, but he should be very proud of everything he’s achieved.

Leigh says he was thinking about how Nate has changed and he says Nate’s come back a completely different person and he’s blown Leigh away. Yes, he eliminated his partner, but that’s got nothing to do with it. Leigh’s tried to beat Lara every day in training and Lara’s kicked him to the curb every single time and Joe’s beaten Leigh plenty of times too and Nathaniel’s gone through them like they were nothing.
Leigh says he actually looks up to Nathaniel now, he’s amazing.

Nathaniel’s lost 55.8kg since Day One. He’s the youngest competitor they’ve ever had and he’s grown out of the shadow of his Uncles.

Nathaniel gets a big hug from Sarah who had been holding his hand throughout the Elimination. Awww!
He hugs Emma and she apologises for picking him and he says it’s fine.
Big hug for Kellie as well. She says sorry too. But see him soon!
Leigh gets a MAN HUG and Nathaniel walks out the door, saying he’d see them all soon.

The trainers rock up to the house. In their civvies this time.
Michelle’s worried she’s not going to see Nathaniel there. But she knows she probably won’t see him.

And as they come into the lounge room Michelle is devastated. She now has nobody in the Final Four.

Steve’s ecstatic. Not just one person in the Final Four, two!

They’ve all had smiles on their faces all day, Emma says.
Tiffiny’s so excited to have a ninja in the Final Four!

Tiff says Leigh is looking “So damn handsome!”

Kellie’s feeling nervous about going home. Good nervous, but nervous!
She was ashamed when she came to Camp and now she’s leaving confident and happy and active.

Time for them all to go home and see their families and show the world their new bodies. They’re ready to live their brand new, happier lives.

Mish wants them all to walk out the doors of Camp Biggest Loser knowing they’re free of their past lives. And she wants them to share all their life lessons with the outside world.

The cars roll into the drive at Camp for the final time. They have a spiffy red carpet for them all to walk out on today. Cool!

Shannan is very proud of the Final Four this year. Next time the trainers will see them will be at the Finale. They’ve inspired all of Australia to be the best people they can be. They’ve been given a gift, time to pass it on!

Emma thanks Tiffiny for everything she’s given Emma. Without her she’d still be on the couch at home and probably dead in 20 years. But instead she’s going to live another 60 or 70 years, have kids and grandkids, all that good stuff!

Shannan says they’ve had a rollercoaster ride. Leigh’s earned his respect and lost it and earned it back again. But he knows now that if he gets knocked down he’s got to get back up again. Shannan wishes him all the best for him and his family in the future.
Leigh tells us it was really hard to say goodbye to Shannan. He remembers back on Day One when his Mum told Shannan to get a grip. And boy, did he! He got a grip on his family and he changed their life.
Leigh’s looking forward to his new life with Lara and being her rock. Awww!

Kellie and Sarah are looking forward to Finale. It’s the last piece of the puzzle for them.
And they’re actually going to miss The Commando! He’s got them to where they are now.
Steve tells Kellie not to let herself down again and she promises she won’t.

Sarah thanks him for taking time out of his life to come and help her and she wasn’t anybody before and now she’s someone again. Steve says she was someone before and she’s someone still. And now it’s time to go home and he’ll see them at Finale!
Sarah says she’s going home and kicking arse!
