Previously on The Biggest Loser Caitlin was sent home and nobody much was particularly sad.

Also, the Makeovers began!

Tonight, the Makeover stuff continues! We get more reveals of the fancy clothes and haircuts and so on.

Shannon says coming on The Biggest Loser has given him a life. He was 24 years old and certain he’d never make 26 the way he was going.
We see him strut out again and Shannan tell him how it’s about 400 metres from the dressing room out to the end of the catwalk, again.

Shannon’s fiance is amazed at the changes in him. She asks Shannan and Michelle if they’ve made him grow because he seems taller, too.
Shannan says one of Shannon’s concerns was that they’d be married for life but it wouldn’t be a long life and she was worried too, worried they’d have kids and then she’d be left alone. So he’s not just losing the weight for them, he’s losing the weight for both of them and for their future.

Phoebe’s turn now. Depressing flashback then… WOW. She’s wearing a shiny sparkly top and some weird latex looking skirt thing but with the hair she looks amazing! She can’t stop grinning and Michelle says there’s flames coming off her now!
Then they show Phoebe herself on the big TV and she’s astounded to see she has a waist in her leather skirt and with her heels and her hair she thinks looks like Catwoman!
Before coming on the show she’d try to go out with friends but wouldn’t really enjoy herself. She wouldn’t want to dance and would struggle to enjoy herself. But dressed up like she is now, she could totally go out anywhere!

Shannan rehashes the “rebellion” eating Phoebe was dealing with before. She felt like she was getting even with her parents by overeating and really she was just killing herself and she’s sorry for the way she treated them now.
And there’s probably another person who’d like to see how she’s coming along and Phoebe looks around and says, “What other person?!”
Then she sees the shadow coming from the doorway and she realises it’s her Mum. Awwww!
She totters over in her heels to give her Mum a huge teary hug. Her Mum is absolutely bawling! She says Phoebe looks gorgeous and fantastic.

Anything you want to say to your Mum, Phoebe? Phoebe says she wants to say sorry for all the times she hated her Mum for suggesting she not eat things or go for some exercise and so on.
Phoebe tells us she gets upset now about having treated her parents like that when they were just looking out for her.

Rick’s turn to be revealed.
His is pretty casual clothing, appropriate for his 20 year old age instead of an old man suit or something. He looks… Like any other 20 year old guy. He doesn’t look overweight even anymore, nevermind obese. He has a jawline and everything.
There’s still a bit of a doublechin going on but it’s nothing compared to what he was.
Rick’s really happy with the way he looks, too.

But what would Melissa his girlfriend say? She’s never seen him looking like that before – ever. And he says he’s going to be with her for the rest of his life and he wants to be the best version of himself can be.
Then the shutters come up and it’s Rick’s girlfriend, of course! Awwww, big hugs. His girlfriend’s a few months pregnant now and it’s starting to show but Melissa gives Michelle and Shannan a huge hug each because they’ve done so well with him. She tells him he looks fantastic and Rick says she looks fantastic, too!
Melissa says he better say that now, looking down at her belly!
Awww, happy family!

David’s turn now. He looks very stylish and very much younger than he usually does. Michelle says he looks fantastic and I’d have to agree!
He’s in jeans and a blazer. Michelle needs a hand up onto the catwalk and even with her killer heels she’s quite a lot shorter than him.
David sees himself on the TV and isn’t ashamed of himself anymore. He’s stood up for himself and he’s someone he can be proud of now.
And after another interminable ad break… David’s wife comes out of the shadows, too.
David’s overcome with emotion, he says. His wife is totally gobsmacked. She’s gibbering incoherently for the most part but David says she was saying he looked so handsome and young and couldn’t believe how much weight he’d lost!
She says he’s totally a hunk now!
David says seeing his wife’s reaction today is all the inspiration he needs to keep going.

Lisa’s turn now. She came to Camp wanting to change her life and… WOW! She looks great in her fancy dress though she’s a bit wobbly on her heels. Shannan is stunned though.
Lisa doesn’t want to chat to Shannan, she wants to see what she looks like! Then the TV comes on and she can hardly look at herself, she’s in tears. You’ll ruin your makeup!
She’s amazed and likes what she sees. She never used to even want to look at herself, now she’s quite happy with the way she looks.
Then she wants to flee and leave and Shannan says she can’t go yet there’s someone who wants to see how she’s changed and she shoots a look at Shannan like, “WHAT? IS MY HUSBAND HERE?”

Yes, of course he is! She wants to run to him but she’s in ridiculously high heels so she walks slowly over to him and gets a huge hug. He says she looks awesome but try not to cry!
Her husband hasn’t seen her like that in 17 years. And her husband says what he sees is the person he married. Awww!
Lisa says Camp Biggest Loser has given her family back her old self.

Michelle and Shannan thank everyone for turning up today because it means a lot to the contestants. But now it’s time for you to go away so we can take the contestants back and finish it off, once and for all!

Tomorrow night, Temptation. Sweet, delicious Temptation. Surely after their makeovers they won’t head back into old habits. SURELY?!
