TBL Australia 4×73: Final Last Chance Training, Final Weigh-in, Final Elimination, Final Sunday Episode, Final Recap of a Sunday Episode…
Previously on The Biggest Loser, Stewart was sent home and nobody cared!
Tonight, last Last Chance Training!
Then last Weigh-in!
Then last Elimination!
Hoo boy, this ep is full of last things.
Sharif says they’d been hanging around all day waiting for the trainers. Apparently it’s dark outside and they’ve still not seen them.
But they’re all conveniently in their workout gear and the girls have their hair tied up. Obviously they know something is up!
The girls then hear cars revving outside.
It’s pitch black outside and then the headlights of a couple of cars light up a pile of tires and pallets and ropes and sandbags.
“Welcome to Last Chance Training.”
Shannan says this is the last time they’d get a session with the contestants so it’s got to be memorable!
First up they have to move a bunch of materials from out in the centre of the parade ground to the steps leading up to Fat Camp. Then they do some workouts incorporating the tires, lifting them above their heads, doing pushups on them and so on.
At one point during the session Shannan says there’s no weak links in this season of The Biggest Loser.
Forgot Cam’s still there, Shannan?
Michelle gives Sammy something that’s almost impossible. She wants Sammy to drag the massive tire across the parade ground. Michelle figures it’s probably about the same weight as Sammy herself.
Sammy says when she arrived on the show she was broken in every way possible. Physically, mentally and emotionally broken.
Michelle says she was full of self doubt, felt she was unworthy, hated herself and couldn’t bear to look in the mirror.
But tonight she’s taken control, believes in herself and even loves herself! She’s now in charge of her life.
Tiff’s learnt that she’s a strong person. Sharif is strong and not scared anymore.
Sharif says he was the biggest, the tallest, but he wasn’t a tough guy. Couldn’t even do a pushup. Now he can do pushups and his body (apparently) moves like an athlete.
Shannan says he likes that Sharif has broken the mold. He’s tough now, he doesn’t give up anymore.
Michelle says she saw four heroes training, harder than she ever thought they could.
“And that’s when we turned on the water.” Mean!
They have some poles set up with hoses hooked to them, spraying water down on them.
I hope that’s tank water, bitches!
“Is it wet and cold there? Are you got a clear mind still? Is this better than being trapped by weight? You’re standing in a parade ground in the middle of the night getting rained on, are you still free? Have you still got your integrity and respect? Can anything break you? ARE YOU GUYS UNBREAKABLE NOW?!” – Shannan, who’s getting soaked as well.
Shannan says Cameron was about the most negative competitor they’d ever had on the show (JJ? John? Steven? Sarah? Hmm.) but at one point Cameron turned his mind around.
Cameron says he’s won his life back. Shannan’s proud of him now too.
Michelle tells Tiffany she’s looking dangerous and everyone should be worried!
Michelle tells us to take a look at Tiffany tonight. She’s doing jumps through the muddy water. She’s thinking like an athlete now, Michelle says, and nothing will stand in her way.
Shannan says it’s heartbreaking that one of them will be eliminated tomorrow, they’ve put their heart and souls into them.
Michelle tells them all that they wanted to make it a memorable training session because it’s the very last session with them. Hope you enjoyed it!
Cam says to Michelle that she’s given birth to a 52 year old man!
Shannan asks them if the things they were promised have come true? Sam says every single one of them, and better.
Sam says she was told she’d notice the difference in her weightloss. Did that. Look in the mirror and like it. Did that.
Tiff says she’s sad to have it end. There’s been times of hell but they’re past that and look forward to training now and love what training does for them. Michelle’s tearing up a little while Tiffany’s talking. Awww!
Sharif says there’s not enough time in the day to tell them all they’ve given him.
Lots of squeezy hugs and kisses afterwards. Bye bye Michelle and Shannan! :-(
And now it’s weigh-in time. Everyone’s nervous. Surprise!
Ajay’s in a shiny black dress with a shiny ruffly white bit over her cleavage-y area. Very pretty!
Yellow Line weigh-in again. Two people below it, two people above. The two above the line are into the Finale. The two below will face elimination. One of them will be sent home right at the very end, the other will make it through to Finale, too.
First up for the final weigh-in is… Sharif!
Current weight: 112.2kg
Loss: 5.5kg
Percentage: 4.67%
Not bad at all for a final week loss! Sharif’s very happy with his loss, but still a little nervous because he’s first up.
Sharif says to Ajay that being in the Finale is something you’ll have forever. He can look at the big huge photo of when he was big and huge and know that that person is gone and will never return. It’s a new and improved version standing up on the podium.
Sammy’s turn next.
Current weight: 78.2kg
Loss: 2.2kg
Percentage: 2.74%
70s club! She looks a little disappointed but also a little happy. Sharif says to her that she’s under the 80kg mark!
She figures, probably correctly, that it won’t be enough to stay above the Line.
Sammy says it’d be awesome to be in the Final 3 with her Dad. Because they never really aimed to get to there.
Tiff’s worried because her and Sammy have trained and eaten the same all week.
Well, she’s up next. Time to find out if she’s boned!
She needs at least 3.4kg to beat Sharif and guarantee herself a spot in the Finale. The first for this year to do so!
Current weight: 67.9kg
Loss: 3.4kg
Percentage: 4.77%
… duuuuuuuude, 60s club? Inside the house?! Dude! Very impressive.
Tiff looks overjoyed but it’s hard to tell whether it’s 60s club joy or making it to Finale joy!
Ajay says she’s now officially through to the Finale and she’s now in the running to be the first ever female winner!
Sammy looks happy for Tiff but sad for herself. She’s now under the Yellow Line with no chance of getting back above it.
Cameron’s last of all. To avoid joining Sammy at elimination he’ll need to have lost at least 5.4kg.
I don’t think Cameron has a loss that big in him at this point.
Cameron says he’s not worried about being below the Yellow Line with Sammy. Because that would probably save her.
He took his foot off the pedal this week to make sure Sammy could get through. He wanted to make sure he’d be under the Line so Tiff and Sharif could vote him out and Sam could go to Finale.
Awwwwwwwwwwww!
He says Sam’s done so much to help him and he’d do anything to keep her safe.
Sharif’s not at all surprised by Cam’s actions – he’d’ve expected nothing less!
Still gotta weigh-in though!
Current weight: 114.4kg
Loss: 1.1kg
Percentage: 0.95%
He’s winks at Sam. Sam looks… conflicted.
Cam says he feels fantastic. He’s 114.4kg and he came into the show at 164.1kg. So he’s ecstatic with his result.
Sam says she’s so proud of her Dad. She was always proud of him, but she’s seen a whole other side to him during the journey.
Sam says he’s an amazing man and the best father in the world. Awww!
Sharif has now got his spot in the Finale, while Sam and Cam will be facing Elimination.
Sharif says to us that it’ll be hard to pick between father and daughter and they’re friends of his, too.
Cameron still has the Nothing bracelet, too. If he gets eliminated he’ll have to pass it on to Sam or Sharif.
So I guess Sharif would be going to the Finale with the bracelet on his wrist if that should come to pass!
Cam’s goal was to get Sam to the Finale. Tiff says he’s amazing, he’s a top bloke!
Cam’s just hoping Tiff and Sharif will honour his decision and send him home.
Sharif tells us he’s not sure, he may have to make a decision that’s in his own best interests.
Then we get a replay from earlier in the season where Tiffany said if Cam wants to go, why not send him? It’s not played as a replay but she said exactly the same earlier on, another time Cam wanted to go home!
Sam says to Cam that it’s awesome they’re the final couple standing.
Cam’s mostly worried that Tiffany will see Sam as too big a threat. She’s more likely to make it to the magic 50% weightloss you need to be in the ballpark of winning.
Sharif says to Tiff that they’d be mad not to think about who’s the biggest threat. Tiff feels much the same way.
Sam’s been a consistent loser of weight and she could very much be a contender.
Sharif might also want Cam to stay because otherwise he’s likely to get the Nothing bracelet from Cam.
Sharif’s always said the Nothing bracelet wouldn’t bother him, but now he’s talking about it! Tiff is very surprised.
Sharif says people would think him mad not to at least consider it. It’s not his motivation but you don’t sneeze at that sort of money.
Elimination time!
“Cameron and Sammy you have done each other…” DON’T PAUSE THERE, AJAY.
Between them they’ve lost over 90kg and turned their back on a destructive past. Congratulations!
If this vote ends in a draw the person with the lowest percentage will be going home. That’s Cameron, for those who’ve forgotten already.
Does Cam regret sabotaging himself? Nope. He says it’s been a great journey and he wants to see Sam go all the way to the end.
For the last time, it’s time to cut the fat. Hooray!
Sharif says it was an honour to be on the journey with Cam and Sam. He weighed up everything when considering who to vote for. Cam and Sam have played with the utmost integrity and he’s tried to play that way too. And he’s going to continue to play with integrity, so he’s voting for…
Cameron!
So no need to see Tiffany’s vote since Cam will be going home either way. Hooray!
Tiff nods at Cam, seemingly indicating she’d voted for him as well anyway.
Cam says he feels like a winner. He’s got everything back. Got his life back, should have his wife back and he’s got his daughter into the Final Three. The journey wasn’t just about eating right and exercising, it was a complete journey and he’s very happy with it.
Sam wants to tell Cam he’s an amazing role model. He came in scared, not liking change and out of his comfort zone, yet he’s pulled through. For Sam and for himself and been an inspirating to people in the House and people in the rest of the country, too. The family will be so proud of him.
Cam’s shed nearly 50kg… but before he leaves, he needs to shed the Nothing bracelet.
Will he give it to Sharif or Sammy? Gee, I wonder.
Cam says that what he’s got out of the journey has not been nothing, it’s been everything and he hopes the person who holds the bracelet next will do the same.
Cam then stands up and hands it to Sharif, who adds it to the rest of his bling!
Say your goodbyes and rack off, Cameron!
Cam says to Sharif that it’s been a pleasure to know him. Sharif says Cam’s a gentleman and he’s glad to have met him.
Tiff says Cam made his whole journey so good.
Cam then says thankyou, over and over, to Sam for bringing him on the show. Cam’s apparently loved Sam all his life.
Erm. Chronology fail!
Sharif, Tiffany and Sammy are now in the Finale!
The real fight for the title has begun.
Ajay also says she’s looking forward to seeing them all at the Finale.
They’re all really happy coming out of the elimination room for once because it’s all over and done with.
“It’s game on!” – Sharif
“Well I say back off. Because the title’s mine. It always has been!” – Tiffany
“You know how I don’t, like, believe in myself at all? That was just flying under the radar.” – Sam
Only one more piece of the puzzle, Sharif says. That’s whichever of Bob and Nathan it is that comes back into the Finale.
Bob and Nathan are packing their stuff up and reminiscing. Kinda. Nathan says he’s not going to miss the Commando busting in at 2am!
“What doesn’t kill ya, will make ya stronger.” – Bob
Nathan thinks they’ve had a massive advantage, being able to focus on just training and having the Commando available 24/7.
Nathan and Bob are ready to head back and see who their competition will be.
Tomorrow night… Final day of the comp! Bob and Nathan return to Fat Camp to weigh-in. Who’ll make it back into the game? Find out at 7pm.
AND THEN… After that weird Masterchef thing, THE FINALE. 8.30pm. Or thereabouts. You just know Masterchef won’t be running to time.
