Previously… Sammy got the Double bracelet, it’s back to single competition for everyone and Bob and Nathan have been revealed as the new residents of the Island of Dr Moreau.

Michelle and Shannan arrive to see their peeps. They’re all in their Blue and red shirts.
Sean and Andrew get up and say they’ve had enough of being the Blue and Red Teams and they all start stripping off their shirts to reveal the Black Shirts they have underneath.
Michelle says to us that it’s now down to the business end of the game so you’re going to have to work hard to stay in!

Then the Losers recap everything that happened last night. Snooze.

Shannan’s calling Julie, Jules now. May be an occasional Mum-slip, not sure. But he called her Jules then!

Shannan also labels Tiffany a good chance of being the first female Biggest Loser in Australia.

And just one more thing. Final Four this year. Three of them, and there’s some castaways, ghosts of the past.
Michelle looks… unhappy. But not as pissed as she was last year with Bob and Jillian’s Black Team.

Shannan and Michelle break everyone up into boys and girls. Michelle’s taking the girls, Shannan’s taking the boys.

Michelle wants to remind the girls they’re on their own now.
Tiffany’s urged on by a mention of being right behind Sean and her punches take on a bit of extra venom.

Michelle says as they get stronger, fitter and lose the weight they get more confident, start believing in themselves… and become competitive!
Michelle has them out doing a foot race on the driveway to finish off the day. Handicapped start, Meaghan at the back. But she still wins the race!

Shannan’s got his boys in for a testosterone fest. Shannan says none of them wanted to be seen as the weak link. Who could smash out the most and who’d quit first. And none of them did!

“Speaking of the anchors…” Michelle, as Shannan and the boys come into the lounge room.

Michelle says to Shannan she’d been talking to the girls about the guys holding them back. Shannan asks what she means, the girls have let themselves go a little bit lately!
Michelle was going to say the same about the guys, what’s with all the hair and the beards?
Shannan tells us the contestants had no idea what was going on, they must have thought the trainers were just picking on them.

Michelle says to them that now they’re feeling fabulous, how about looking fabulous? Shannan says that tomorrow they’re having a total body makeover!
Lots of squealing and clapping and jumping up and down. And that’s just Michelle!

Michelle says the makeover will be organised by Joh Bailey. “Joh Bailey?!” Meaghan and Julie. I think they’re fans!

Apparently Cameron’s beard has been in place for 25 years. Twenty-five!
Sammy’s nervous about it. Meaghan pats her arm and plays with her hair and tells her she’s preeeetty!

Julie says there’ll be no sleep tonight. It’ll be like a kid on Christmas Eve!

After an ad break they head into the city on a dreary Sydney morning. Walking down the street in their black Loser shirts. Very inconspicuous!

They finally arrive at Joh Bailey’s hair salon. And there’s a bunch of young whippersnappers to greet them and then Joh saunters out, eliciting a gasp from Julie who then realises she’s being a goose.

They’re getting their hair done by Joh’s peeps, plus some makeup done and then some spiffy clothes.

Cam’s stirring Tiffany up saying she’ll have short and brown hair, but Joh puts Tiffany at ease, saying she has lovely hair and he won’t change it much.

Meaghan’s a little scared. Joh and the stylist are talking short and bobbed for her hair. She’s not sure she’ll like that!
Before the stylist even says hello to Meaghan he’s taken the scissors to the back of her mane of hair and hacked off quite a bit!
Then he starts putting those foily things in her hair. Julie’s getting foily things too. She’s never been pampered before either because not had the time or money or didn’t feel like she deserved it.

Sharif says he’s a blank slate. Joh’s happy with that and he has plans for Andrew, too. Andrew’s going to get a very short, sharp cut.

Sammy’s hair is “completely and utterly shocking.” By her own admission! She’s not sure what colour it is, blonde, brown or feral. A lot of dead hair, the cut’s not really much to talk about.
Sammy’s hoping for a big fringe, no shorter than her shoulders and chocolate brown or really blonde like she used to be.

Michelle and Shannan arrive at Joh Baileys. Both saying they’re excited and it’s all happening and so on.

Shannan gets to Cameron and says the beard’s got to go. Joh agrees that today’s the day!
And Shannan’s got the clippers in hand to do it! He says Cam’s missus will love him for it!

Andrew’s the first to have his new look revealed and… You know what, it’s a crap haircut. Simple as that. It looks like someone has tried to cover up an even worse haircut or something. It’s rubbish, that’s a shame.

Cameron’s? Got a really stylish haircut and he looks very, very different without the beard.
Shannan tells us Cam’s looking in the mirror thinking he’s actually half handsome!

Sharif’s turn. Sharif’s looking pretty stylish too. He’s got shorter hair with a bit of spike to it and with the cleanshaven look? Yeah, he’s looking pretty good!
Sharif’s got a jawline! That’s his first comment. He’s not had one before. Fleur’s going to have a heart attack, Michelle says. Sharif says she’ll be doing the butterfly hands in front of her face to dry out the tears.

Sean has his eye ring out for some reason. Suppose it was a bit ugly.
His haircut just looks a bit scruffy, nothing special. It actually looks a lot better in a side bit done later with a bit of spikiness to it.

So that’s all the men done. 5 hours later?

Tiffany’s hair is pretty much the same length but much blonder. They’ve not made the mistake of going painfully white, as they subjected Alison and Kimberlie from seasons past. It’s still a little too light, but it does look very nice. And she’s well pleased!

Meaghan’s very nervous. Excited, but nervous!
She stares at her face in the mirror for a long time, barely talking for a while. It’s a nice cut but the way it’s styled isn’t really well suited to her face. In the side interview later after it’s settled down it looks much nicer.

Julie’s even more nervous. Her hair’s gone a bit big and had a bit of colour put through it. Looks nice, considering how old she is!

Sammy’s hair is a really deep brown, almost black. By far the biggest change. It’s shorter too.
She still looks really chubby, but it brings out her eyes and her smile really brilliantly. Can see the pretty now!
The other girls wander over and are cooing over how pretty she looks.

The dressups today are taking place in Sydney Theater.

Sharif says he’s never been able to fit into a Country Road shirt and the woman who’s suggesting clothes for them is surprised.
Andrew gets a muscle shirt and Cam tells him it’ll show off his guns so he gives a flex!

Julie used to wear shorts and t-shirts around the house. Used to be size 26 and is now trying on size 18 and even some 16 gear!

Meaghan is asked if she wears dresses often and Meaghan says she never wears dresses.
LIES. There’s pictures of her in dresses. Fibber!

Then it’s catwalk time. Sharif struts down the catwalk and Michelle thinks he looks like he’s stepped out of a GQ magazine.
Er, no, he’s still pretty obviously a chubster, Michelle!
Sharif says he’s proud, in response to Michelle’s question.
Sharif says that when you’re overweight as a child you’re so self conscious because your body is different to everyone else’s and everyone always picks on the kid who’s different.

Sharif’s wife has never known him any lighter than what he was when he entered the house.

And as Sharif is talking to Michelle, Sharif catches sight of Fleur walking down the catwalk behind him. And starts breaking into tears. Then he gives her a huge hug, he says it was so tight he was worried he’d break her in half.
Fleur is boggling and in tears at how much Sharif has changed.
And she says she’s having a bit of trouble seeing through the tears so she wipes them away and then does butterfly hands and Michelle giggles and says to Shannan that Sharif said she’d do that!
Sharif’s clothes are just a t-shirt under a jacket with some jeans, nothing spectacular.

Sammy’s? Is a dress. Black, with purple flowers and things all over it. With ruffly things and everything! She’s amazed at how good she’s looking. She loves looking in the mirror now.
Michelle says to her that her man is going to die! He’s never seen her in a dress like that. She always wore a jumper sort of thing with tights and a big baggy dress.

And then her man walks in behind her. And as they hug he says he loves her so much and she looks beautiful. Awwww! Big smoochies!

Next up is Sean. Looking pretty good in a casual jacket, shirt and jeans. He’s in size 34 jeans. Damn, he really doesn’t need to be on the show anymore!
Sean breaks into tears when seeing himself in the mirror. And if his Dad was there, he’d say he’s proud of him.
But he’d really like Megan and the kids to see him.
Then he sees her in the mirror and… oh holy crap she’s huge. Why didn’t he go on the show with her instead of Ben?!
She says he’s dead sexy though!

Tiffany struts down the catwalk. In purple high heels. Mmmm, purple heels!
Also in a nice black-with-patterny-thing dress. With plenty of cleavage on display!
Then Ben, her husband comes out. He’s amazed by how good she’s looking. Still not back to how hot she was when they got married.
But Tiffany says it’ll be a honeymoon period when she gets home and Ben says she actually looks better than she did on her wedding day.

Meaghan walks out in a short floaty dress. Purple too. Heels and stockings and big dangly earrings.
Her friends don’t know her life, in a way, she says. She’s the happy bubbly person with them. Her barriers were up all the time.
Then one of her friends comes onto the catwalk behind her.
Her friend Dez, whom she’s known for 21 years. Crikey!
Michelle thought Meaghan looked very hot, too!

Andrew saunters out in fairly casual gear. It’s been a while since he’s felt that confident, he says. Michelle says his body matches the way he is inside. He’s a great guy and now he looks it!
Andrew says he looks normal and Michelle says he looks like some hot guy just walking down the street and Andrew replies that he doesn’t just look normal then!
Andrew hopes his girl Kylie would be proud.

She’s more than proud. She’s stunned. Shocked. Can’t help but exclaim “SHIT!”
Kylie’s preeeeeeeeetty.
Andrew says he’s a little bit different now and Kylie says a LOT different. You’ve seen it change gradually, for her it’s just BANG!
Kylie’s also brought a little video clip on a camera of their kids. Awww!

Cam’s looking very spiff! Like some kind of rich important dude. Michelle says he’s smiling from the inside out for once.
Cam even says he’d go to one of the book launches with his wife now. They wouldn’t look like the odd couple anymore!
She’s amazed to see him. She says he looks so good. Takes her a while to realise his beard is gone but then she starts stroking his cheeks. Woohoo!
Cam sees a sparkly in his wife’s eyes so he’s never going back to the way he was.

Julie’s looking pretty good, too. Black dress with some purple strips down either side. Looks very stylish.
Julie’s loving it!
Julie and her husband have been married for 32 years. And wow, she was hot at her wedding!
Then her husband turns up for hugs and kisses. He’s amazed at her transformation too.
Michelle’s in tears! Girl!

They all get some time with their loved ones before they go. Lots of kissing and hugging.

After the loved ones leave, Ajay arrives in a pretty white dress. Ajay says she wanted to come see for herself and, “:-o”. She’s impressed!
But she can’t leave them with happy feelings, perish the thought!
Tomorrow there’s a huge surprise coming their way. And it’ll have a massive impact on everyone there. Allegedly.

Ajay says it’s time to head back to Camp for some rest because, “Believe me, yer gunna need it!”

Meaghan’s going for The Walk tomorrow. It’s not made clear if she wins Temptation or what happens, but she gets an hour to make the decision about whatever is written on the disk. Ooooh?
Probably an hour to decide if she wants a pony.
