TBL Australia 4×50: Blue face elimination for their very first time…

Previously on The Biggest Loser, Bob and Nathan lost really shitty amounts of weight under the “expert” tutelage of The Commando.

Still. It makes for better TV than Emazon.

And back at Fat Camp Red finally managed to triumph at the weigh-in, sending Blue to the elimination room for the very first time.
Tonight! Who will go? I know who I want to see gone…

Everyone’s congratulating Cameron when they get out to the lounge, since he was the biggest loser this week. A huge turnaround from previous weeks, where he’s consistently underperformed.
But Cam tells us while he’s happy, his team is facing elimination which is also kind of bad.

Red doesn’t envy them their decision, having done it themselves two weeks in a row.

But Red are pretty happy about winning! And no elimination decision, either.
Hands in… “WE. ARE. RED.”
Nup. Blue for life still wins.

Blue? Blue are thinking of maybe eliminting Teresa. After all she’s strong, but she also has the Double bracelet. Teresa tells Sean, one on one, that she’ll be giving it to Sharif.

Cam, Tiff and Julie grab Meaghan and Sammy for a chat about the impending elimination.
Tiffany’s feeling vulnerable. She’s there alone now.
And as Julie says, Cameron’s their biggest loser for the week, usually Bob’s spot. So they need that weightloss power to stay there.

Meanwhile, Julie and Sean have a chat with the laptops in front of them. Seems someone finally realised they have plenty of flat surfaces to use a mouse on and that mice totally pwn trackpads!! Because Julie has a mouse plugged into her laptop.

Tiffany’s considering either Sean or Teresa because they’d consider voting her off.

Teresa is, indeed, considering Tiffany.
Why? “Because it just annoys the hell out of me that someone competes with me. I just don’t get it. I really just don’t get it. Why the hell you want to compete with me for? What are you going to get out of it? Nothinggggg…”
It gives you something to aim for and aspire to, dumbass.

Julie made a promise to keep Tiffany safe but she also wants to stay true to the original Shannan alliance.
Cameron’s having troubles deciding between Tiffany and Teresa, too.
Sean’s considering the pros and cons, but he’s not sure whether to vote with his head or his heart.

Elimination time! Everyone’s all dressed up. Much prefer it to the pastel team shirts of earlier in the series. Much better.

Hi Ajay! Nice purple top under your coat, Ajay!

Cameron’s now on the Blue Team, so this isn’t his first time at this particular dance. Will his title of biggest loser for the week keep him safe?

Tiffany knows her name will be on some of the cards, it’s only a matter of how many it’ll be on.
Sean thinks his team will vote with their heads this week.

Teresa’s first to vote. She says it was a struggle working out who to vote for so she thought about who she’d helped in the team and who she started the journey with.
Tiffany is who she’s voted for. Because she’s kept the other three in the game at various stages, where she hadn’t done so for Tiffany.
Apparently in the messed up mind of Teresa, that’s a good enough excuse to give to Tiffany. Hmm.

Tiffany’s voted for her biggest competitor and so she’s voted for them to keep herself in the game longer and keep her team stronger.
She’s voted for Teresa! One all!

Sean had it narrowed down to Teresa and Tiffany. His vote came down to who needs it more, so he’s voted for…
Tiffany? What the hell, dude? Teresa could do it on the outside and she doesn’t have a small child she needs to be healthy for. Jesus, lots of weak-ass excuses tonight!

One more vote and Tiffany will be going home. Just Cameron and Julie to go.

Cam says he’s the new boy on the block and the team is strong, which he doesn’t want to alter it. Tiffany and Teresa give the same amount of effort and energy.. but the person he’s voted for can do it on the outside, straight away.
He’s voted for… (ad break) … Teresa!

Ooooh, two all. Just Julie to go, too.
Teresa’s not looking too surprised.

If Julie votes for someone other than Tiffany or Teresa, it goes to a hung vote, leaving Red to choose who’ll go home.

Julie’s going with her conscience and she has to honour the promise she made to a very special person not so long ago. So for that reason she’s voted for… Teresa!
Bye Teresa!

Teresa says it’s okay, and she knew how it would be going down.

Ajay asks Julie why she made the promise to Bob. Julie says Bob was a tower of strength. Julie struggled a lot at the beginning and he was always there with a shoulder to cry on and some wise words. So she needed to do something for him, to pay him back.

Teresa says she’d love to stay, she’s had an awesome time. But she’s going home beautiful and loving who she is. And she gets to see her Dad! Awww, tears!
Apparently Teresa’s Dad was very worried about her and Teresa values her family more than anything and the greatest gift she can give them is to succeed, and she’s done that.

Julie’s feeling quite guilty and struggling with it a bit. No further elaboration though.

But one last thing, Teresa. You’ve got to give up that double bracelet of yours…

Who is she going to pass it on to? She’s thought about it long and hard. The person she’s chosen deserves it because they weren’t there for money, they were there for self-discovery and they’re a wonderful person and deserve it.

Teresa takes the bracelet off and walks down the table… and drops it in front of Cam.
Huh?
The bracelet isn’t for him, Teresa says. Please pass it on to Sammy. Oooh!

Time to say your goodbyes, Teresa!
Big hugs and mumbles all round. Awww!

Apparently shocking events are about to come. There’ll be change from every direction in the week ahead!

Teresa arrives home to a part in her backyard. And her Dad! Big squishy hug. Then he makes her turn round and round. “You did a good job!” T-Daddy says to camera.
6 weeks on… it says two months but Teresa says 6 weeks so we’ll go with that.
She’s going to her personal trainer 3 times a week and she really loves cycling (yay!) because of the freedom.
She was an 18-20 now a 12-14.

Three days before her audition, her husband left her. Sharif rang her on the Sunday to ask if she wanted to go on the show with him. And it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to her. She’s definitely a stronger woman now.
Since appearing on the show Teresa has lost 36kg!

Tomorrow night… everyone’s worst nightmare – SINGLES! No more teams.
Also, ghosts of your past will come back to haunt you.
“What the hell?!” Tiffany, in a whisper.

Also, Wednesday. MAKEOVER DAY!!! MAKEOVER DAY!!!!!
Seriously, it’s one of the most fun episodes of the show every year. And this year there’s two bearded numpties for Shannan and/or Michelle to attack with clippers. Woohoo!
