TBL Australia 4×32: Will Holly and Mel get their big fat wish?

Previously, on The Biggest Loser… Showwww me the way to go home (boom boom boom) I’m tired of Nathan’s enormous head.
Holly and Mel from Michelle’s team want to go home but they’re facing off against Julie and Meaghan from Shannan’s team.

Will Michelle’s team continue with their strategy or will they do as Holly and Mel wish?

Everyone wanders into the lounge room, post-weigh-in. Sammy says the tension could be cut with a knife, nobody knew what to say!
Tiffany says they were all looking at each other thinking it was the strangest weigh-in they ever had!

Cue recap footage of the Weigh-In… this was just on last night!

Nathan says that he thinks it’s a cop out, the girls wanting to go home.

More recap footage! Ugh.

Holly now thinks she’s the perfect big sister to Mel again. She’s gone from being a bitch to being a good sister again.
Mel’s forgiven Holly for the way she used to be treated. There’s only so much you can hang on to and it was weighing her down. She needed to forgive Holly and now she has!

Holly tells everyone they know what needs to be done. What’s the right thing to do? Keep Julie and Meaghan in the House.
Mel says that there’s two people who want to be there more than anything in the world and two people who don’t really want to be there anymore.
Nathan tells them to save everyone the trouble and walk out the door!

Nathan says to us that people using their brains would vote out Julie and Meaghan, then Holly and Mel would walk out of their own accord, after getting the “cranky poo-poo nanas”. Hahahahaha!
Then Michelle’s team would still be in control of the game, and it’ll be all good!
“It’s not up to them now, it’s up to us. We can vote for whoever we want!”

Holly and Mel are packing up their junk. With a camera conveniently in there with them. And suddenly there’s a knock on the door.
It’s Michelle! Hi Michelle!
Michelle wants to have a chat about their decision to leave.

Mel gets a bit emotional so Michelle looks to Holly, who um’s and also gets emotional! So Mel says they’re ready to go.
She’s fine physically, but mentally they don’t want to be there. Being away from home and her fiance, she can’t cope with it anymore.
Holly feels exactly the same. She thinks they’d do much better on the outside now. They’re not copping out because they’re not going to stop losing the weight. They’ve got everything planned out for when they get home!

Michelle tells us if they’re struggling inside the House they’re going to struggle even more outside.
There’s all the pressures of the outside, like people encouraging them to blow off workouts and support them in eating more.
Sound like friends they’d need to dump, Michelle!

Mel says she has no regrets, she’s proud of some of the things she’s achieved in there.
More recap footage… So much recap footage!

Michelle says to the girls that they’re only just starting to see their potential, Michelle’s only just starting to see their potential! She’s worried they’ll look back later and regret leaving early.

Michelle wants them to reconsider, even if it’s just for Michelle’s benefit!

Elimination time, hooray!
Ajay reminds us all again that there’s totally a dilemma tonight – one couple wants to stay, one wants to go.
I am not a goldfish, I am a human beeeeeeeeeing!

Meaghan and Julie have faced elimination 3 times now. Holly and Mel have faced it 4 times!

Meaghan’s hopeful her Nothing bracelet keeps her safe. She has no idea if she’ll be going home. It all depends on whether Holly and Mel’s plea was successful.
Holly and Mel both tell Ajay they still want to go home. Mel’s excited to walk out the door, which she says sounds horrible, but “I’m so ready!”

Odd Couple gets to vote first.
Sean says that their decision was very easy, head and heart both point to voting for Holly and Mel. Both Holly and Mel seem pleased!

Bob and Tiffany now. Bob says it was a difficult decision. As a team their strategy is to stay numerically strong to stay as a team as long as possible. But there’s also the Nothing bracelet.
But there was also a milestone achieved by Mel saying she’d forgiven Holly, which would have been a great burden for them to carry on the outside and would have made their weightloss much more difficult.
So it was strategy versus friendships and feelings.
But in the end they voted Holly and Mel, too!

One more vote and they’re going home.

Cam and Sam are next.
Sammy says her and her Dad ran through a bunch of scenarios through their heads. They could think in or outside of the game. Four amazing women, two want to go home, two want to stay. But voting Holly and Mel out would make their training alliance smaller, so that’s why they’re voting for the bright glowy person!
After the ad break, Sammy reveals they voted with their hearts and chose Holly and Mel!

Holly and Mel look very relieved and happy. Holly says thanks to everyone and tells Julie and Meaghan they deserve it. Meaghan says she feels bad, but Holly says they’re stoked so don’t feel bad!

Pretty much everyone else is taking it harder than Holly and Mel!

Won’t need to see Nathan and Andrew and Teresa and Sharif’s votes. Probably a safe bet they went Holly/Mel too.

Holly says she’s really happy. She’s 100% happy. Amanda looks shocked and a little peeved.
Holly is happy both because she’s going home but also because Julie and Meaghan get at least one more week.
Mel thinks it doesn’t even feel real that she’s going home to “her man!”

Sammy thinks it’s a very odd elimination. You’re happy to see Holly and Mel being happy to leave! She’s still trying to wrap her head around it!

Holly says weightloss-wise they’ve done really well, but better is that she achieved her goal of being able to call Mel her best friend again.
Ajay reminds Mel that she’d said it would take 13 years to forgive Holly. Mel says she truly has forgiven Holly.

She says it’s not something you just forget, but she’s forgiven her. She’s learnt that if she ever wants to have a big sister again, she can’t carry it around forever.
They’re going to go home and start a whole new life and journey, and they’ll both be a part of each other’s life now!

Holly and Mel, you can now say your goodbyes, but then you’ve got to get gone!
Lots of big hugs and kisses. Nathan and Andrew look fairly nonplussed by it all.

“See this? This is us walkin’ out, sayin’ we’re best friends like I said we were gunna!” – Holly. Awww!

Tiffany looks pretty teary afterwards. Most of the others seem to have recovered though.

Ajay tells them to buckle up, an enormous change is coming. Good luck, bitches!

Mel and Holly arrive home all excited. Their.. house? Flat? Is PACKED full of people. They can get in the door and walk a few paces but the rest of the place is full of peoples!

2 months on… They’re both looking great. Mel’s obviously still skinnier, but Holly’s looking pretty good too.
They’re both healthier and happier and more confident. Working out 6 days a week, 4 hours a day. With the competition between them they’re always getting great workouts. Holly’s doing leg presses with Mel as the dead weight!

Looking back at their audition tapes. Mel’s up first and she looks… Very chunky. Then we see Holly and the difference is astounding.
Mel started at a size 18-20, now she’s down to a 12. And she loves going shopping now, especially with Holly!
Holly says the show has saved their relationship and now they’re making up for lost time.
Then we see a shot of them standing on their lawn in very, very sexy outfits! Hubba-hubba!

Tomorrow night, Shannan’s team is doing some martial art’s training. Breaking wooden boards and possibly Julie’s hand!
And The “Warehouse” this week seems to be cycling for their supper – 10c per kilometre they cycle on a spin bike.
And oh look, Cameron’s got a bad attitude again. But Sammy might finally have had enough!

Also, Temptation involves bunches and bunches of chocolate. Mmmm, chocolate!
Then some mystery arrival and a Walk that will change the game forever…

And a quick shot of two piles of shirts… Red versus Blue is back, baby! BLUE FOR LIFE!
