TBL Australia 4×21: Nathan and Andrew are going to be eliiiiiiiiminated!

Previously on The Biggest Loser Amanda and Stewart were sent home… and Ajay said that elimination isn’t over just yet, they’ve all got to go vote again. No Yellow Lines, no Immunity, whoever you want!

Tonight… they vote!
Is anyone really expecting it to be anyone other than Nathan and Andrew? I hope not because you’re probably going to be disappointed!

Everyone’s quite sad about Amanda and Stewart leaving. Andrew tells us this. Andrew, one of the guys who voted them out!

Sharif says to everyone that this is a reminder that this is a game. And if you’ve been getting through the game without playing it, now you’ve gotta!
Sharif also says he knows Shannan would say to take out the strongest. Cameron tries to correct him with, “on the other team?” No, just the strongest.
Ben points out that they’ve all got to think of the teams as just each individual couple.

Nathan and Andrew are nervous. They think they’re screwed, unless everyone votes along training team lines. But Sharif and Teresa look like they’ll vote for the strongest.

But Sharif has no idea who he’ll vote for and Teresa is dumbfounded. Bob and Tiffany have the biggest weight loss, but Bob’s not physically capable of doing the challenges.

Bob and Tiffany have worked out that they’ve got to be seen as one of the biggest threats so they’re trying to work out who’d be the second biggest threat to vote for them, in hopes of that tipping the balance.

Cameron and Sammy think Ben and Sean are good, Sharif will be strong down the track, Nathan and Andrew are a threat as are Bob and Tiffany!

Ben and Sean think they’re in trouble too.

Holly and Mel don’t seem to have any issue deciding, nor Meaghan and Julie. Both are seen writing their votes without showing us any discussion. Pah!

Everyone shuffles into the Elimination Room looking quite somber.

Ben and Sean are first up. It was a tough decision (duh!) and they’re voting for who they think are a massive threat.
Nathan and Andrew: 1

Nathan and Andrew exchange handshakes with Ben and Sean and say it’s all good!

Nathan and Andrew are next! Their decision is based on who they see as a direct threat and if given a chance they might be able to overtake them.
Ben and Sean: 1

“Touche!” – Sean.

Sammy says everyone at the table is a threat. But this couple is the biggest threat, though they love their company, laugh with them a lot. But they’ll be able to do this on their own at home.
Ben and Sean: 2

Sammy says sorry and Ben tells her there’s no need to say sorry, they’re taking it as a compliment that people think they’re ready for the outside!

Mel and Holly are next. “This sucks! But…” Bob laughs at Mel. They’re giving their vote to a massive threat. They think if they don’t get rid of them now they’ll go all the way. They also have less of a bond with…
Sharif and Teresa: 1

Mel says sorry, you guys are huge threats. Sharif says it’s alright!

Bob says they considered that he’s the biggest loser for three weeks running, Tiff was the biggest female loser and wearing the golden bracelet. They thought they’d be high priority targets so they tried to go for the second biggest target.
Nathan and Andrew: 2

Nathan gives Andrew another kiss on top of his head. He’s very free with his kissing of his brother…

Julie and Meaghan found it hard to agree on a choice. The couple they’ve chosen has had a massive impact on their time there, in positive ways. To see them leave would be hard, but they need to have a better shot at the game, Meaghan and her Mum.
Nathan and Andrew: 3

Sharif and Teresa are last. If they’ve voted Nathan and Andrew, their fate is decided. If they’ve voted Ben and Sean it’ll be a hung vote and y’all gotta go vote again! Ouch!

Sharif says there was two couples who’re the biggest threats. Shannan’s said if you get the opportunity to take out one of the biggest threats in the game, you take them out. Regardless of team allegiance. So long as you can explain the decision, it’s fine.
Sharif and Teresa’s choice is… Nathan and Andrew!

They look disappointed but not too surprised. Cameron’s a bit upset too. Weird.
“You’ve gone from a can’t do to a can do. A Cam do!” – Nathan. Bringing the cheese.
Sammy says he’s scared because Nathan and Andrew inspire Cameron in training.

Ajay says the others have decided that Nathan and Andrew should be the ones to be eliminated.
Nathan says they’d ticked all the boxes in regards to training hard, winning challenges and staying above the Yellow Line. Andrew’s not surprised at how the votes panned out.

Ajay then annouces that not everything is as it seems. Even though the brothers got the most votes they’re not going home just yet…

After an ad break Ajay tells them they’ll be getting a lifeline. They have a chance to stay safe and stay in the competition, but it’s going to be super hard work.
“This week it’s one, versus all.” The six other couples will be forming a single team to compete against the boys. The weightloss from the six other couples will be averaged out, based on the percentage. They’ll have to beat that percentage in order to win the next weigh-in.
And if they don’t manage it, they get sent home.
If they do? Then they get the only vote at the next elimination.

Ben and Sean look… concerned.

Nathan and Andrew will get a little extra help due to the size of the task. They get to choose one of the trainers to be their’s exclusively for the week.
Nathan and Andrew both say there’s only one choice for them – Michelle. Everyone else gets Shannan for the week.

Ajay wishes the brothers good luck. I think they’re going to need it!

“A twist in a twist in a twist!” – Nathan
“It’s game on this week!” – Tiffany

“Six versus one? The odds are a bit in our favour, aren’t they?” – Nathan. In front of everyone, not being a dick for once.
He also says that there’s no hard feelings towards anyone because of what happened in there.

Everyone wishes each other good luck. Hopefully there’ll be good sportsmanship all round.
Nathan and Andrew head out for training. Hand in hand again. Hmm.

Michelle and Shannan arrive to find out who’s here and who’s missing.
Michelle’s excited about Sharif and Mel being back. Gives them both a kiss on the cheek. Michelle asks if Holly is happy now and Holly grins and nods.

Shannan is surprised at Amanda’s tiny .7kg loss. Michelle is shocked that that couple went home. Amanda should have been a heavy hitter and losing plenty of weight. 700grams just doesn’t cut it, she says.
Cameron says that everyone was expecting Amanda to be the one to knock Bob off his pedestal. Because oh yeah, Bob’s biggest loser yet again!
“After the show they’re going to put back my kidneys…” – Bob!

Then they explain about the twist in the game this week.
Shannan isn’t surprised at who was chosen.

Michelle’s looking totally shocked. But kind of happy the boys picked her, though she feels for Shannan who now has to train even more people, with differing levels of ability.

Shannan welcomes his peeps to “The House of Pain!” Cameron’s not too worried because it’s just a different voice yelling in his head.
Shannan wants everyone on the new team to know they’ve got to work hard and wants there to be no weak links!

Then he has them do a new exercise. A small workout step he puts in the center of the room. They have to jump up onto it with both their feet at once. Bob is the first victim and he does it first time.
Julie’s second, she doubts herself once and only steps with one foot but Shannan encourages her and she manages it eventually. Meaghan gets frustrated a little with her Mum at times, doubting herself. But she can do it!

Cameron is next and he’s doubting himself even more. Shannan is surprised because he’s been doing good numbers for weeks, but the first thing out of his mouth was still, “I can’t!”
He keeps flipping out and doubting he can do it. Shannan’s obviously getting a little frustrated but then Cameron starts getting angry and tries to throw the step aside and goes to storm off but Shannan grabs him and pulls him back. Cameron gives him a gentle shove away. Shannan’s nipping at his heels like a blue heeler, Cameron says.
Shannan tells him he deserves it, though Cameron doubts he deserves it. Shannan tells him mentally he can do it.

And finally he… kinda does it. It’s still a bit of a one foot at a time but he does get both feet off the ground and manages to get up there.
After that, Cameron sits down on the side. Looks like he’s sulking again…

Sammy says they’re all done, trainings finished… but no, Shannan’s got a proper sit-down type bench. Tiffany’s first to attempt it and she makes it first go, no dramas. Meaghan hops up there quite easily, really. Holly gets on up, too.
Sammy says she was freaking out about the small step, now he wants this big one.
Shannan tells her it’s all in her head but she keeps stalling the jump, stalling, then finally gets up there in one go, no problem! She’s astounded!
Shannan says that if they believe in themselves and throw themselves into their training, they can do anything.

Michelle needs her boys to smash things apart this week. They’ve got to prove to themselves and the country just what they can do.
Nathan and Andrew are doing pushups at either end of one of the other gyms, then running up to Michelle in the middle and working the boxing mitts.
Nathan says it’s a really rough workout, your arms are on fire by the end.
Michelle is also really happy about getting to spend more one on one time with them because they’ll get the best results that way.
Andrew and Nathan are really happy with their choice, knowing she’ll get the most out of them. Nathan is sure they’ll get the required weightloss and vote someone out next week.

Holly and Mel go into the kitchen for a snack because they’re hungry. But no soup for you! The fridge is locked. Holly grins and calls everyone down to say the fridge is locked!
Cupboards are bare.
One fridge has a letter in it though! It’s a letter to say it’s Warehouse time again.

Everyone is desperately hoping it’s not eggs. EVERYONE.

Andrew is a smart lad and guesses that it might be food for “you” (the six couples) and food for “us” (the brothers). Everyone goes ohhhhh!

They start walking from the House and… miraculously arrive at the same warehouse they used for last season. Hmmmm…

Meaghan says Ajay looks tiny in amongst all the huge crates.
And as they file in they’re seperated into “us” and “them” teams, of course.

Blah blah blah, Ajay. Get to showing us the choices please!
Only one couple gets to decide who eats what, this week… and Nathan and Andrew get to make the choice!

Most aren’t too happy about Nathan and Andrew getting to choose. Nathan’s quite happy though!

First crate: Takeaway menus. Mmmmmmm!
Second crate: $5 a day food budget.

Everyone is shocked. Nathan’s not sure it can be done, not sure $5 a day can get them enough food.
It is per person though.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner have to come from the takeaway menus.
Cameron thinks it’ll be great, have a bit of a chinese, a bit of thai… Ben thinks Cameron is stupid and can’t understand why you’d even say something like that.
If Nathan and Andrew choose $5 they’ll essentially have $10 a day to feed them both. Which is pretty tough…

They’re discussing it, trying to work out what they eat each day.
Andrew says, “After a very short deliberation we’ve decided to take the takeaway… and give it to the other six couples.” Everyone looked relieved at first… then crushed!
Andrew’s hoping someone will succumb to the temptation to eat junk.

Ben’s a bit angry because they’d decided to live a better lifestyle and get away from the fast foods, forever and ever.
Sharif tells them that what they’ll do will teach them a lot for once they got home.
Teresa’s sure they can get egg white omelettes and such for breakfast so she’s not too worried.

They all head back to the house to order dinner. Holly’s excited because it’s a chance to eat something different and it’s also an opportunity to use the knowledge they’ve gained.
Sharif says to make sure to order a green salad, otherwise you might get coleslaw or something else not so great.
“What’s a red curry chicken?” “600 calories with 50 grams of fat.” “Well that’s okay, isn’t it?” “No… You’re only allowed 15.” “Yeah but I’m going to enjoy it!” Cameron talking to Meaghan. Meaghan doesn’t look too impressed by Cameron’s attitude.

Sean gets stroppy and storms out. Ben’s also kind of annoyed that they’ve been sabotaged when they’re already having to rely on everyone else to stay. Sean says to Sharif that it’s going to jeopardise his chance in the game and it’s pissing him off.
Bob tells Ben that just because they’re eating takeaway, doesn’t mean they have to eat badly.
Sean’s a bit worried that someone else will deliberately tank it to give Nathan and Andrew an easy run – and Sean and Ben are likely to be the boy’s target.

Sharif tells Sean that they’re all in the same position and Sean says yeah but some don’t seem to understand that. Sharif reminds him of what Shannan always says – control all the controllables and let the variables take care of themselves!
Sean finally realises he can only do the best he can. Ben, too, is a bit more optimistic after chatting to Teresa and Bob.

Meanwhile Nathan and Andrew have the shiny laptop to try and work out their budget. Nathan says he’d’ve struggled previously to get a day’s worth of food. Might’ve got a bunch of noodles. Andrew says, with a laugh, he’d’ve got a chocolate milk and a sausage roll!
They’re finding it a little rough, but they eventually find enough options.
Oats for breakfast, eggs in salad for lunch and dinner and snacking on carrots. “This is going to be a fantastic week!”

Nathan wants to trade with the takeaway crowd, he says it smelt delicious!
Sammy’s quite happy with her choice because it’s all good calories and good for her.
Sharif also points out that having all their food prepared for them means they have more time to be training by themselves. Nathan and Andrew are still having to cook all their own food!

Tomorrow night… Andrew’s got a bung knee! May be facing rehab for up to 3 months.

And then there’s Temptation. And they’ll each have to face it alone!
Also, Bob will make a “shocking” announcement.

Hint: It’s not that he’s really a woman.
