Biggest Loser Australia 3×70: Final Temptation for Season 3
Tonight on The Biggest Loser it’s time for the last Temptation ever!
Who will succumb for the last time ever?
How many times will the word ever be used in the last Wednesday episode ever?
Read on to find out…
Michelle and Shannan rock up for some more training of their peeps. Might be the last chance they get to train with them in the White House.
Shannan wants to take his Blues to the max!
Kirsten loves boxing training because it requires a lot of focus. Very relevant at this point in the game!
Shannan says this session is about the knockout punch – knocking everyone else out of the game!
Sam’s obviously loving the boxing training as well. He’s got some pretty quick fists on him, ducking out of the way of Shannan’s swats. Doing great.
Kirsten says she’s won plenty of grand finals in water polo, but she’s also lost some and she doesn’t want to lose this!
Alison loves boxing, too. She says it’s quite empowering, she loves the feeling of release. It’s also something she thinks people wouldn’t expect Mums to do!
Then Shannan goes and gets some headgear… there’s a mirror nearby and a blurred out section on the mirror. Silly Mr Camera Man got in his own shot!
Shannan’s got the headgear out. To give them a minute punching away at him. Ouch!
Sam takes it fairly easy at first but about 30 seconds in he starts tearing in. Kirsten goes right for it though. Punches Shannan in the head fairly cleanly a couple times.
Alison… Finds it a little hard at first. She’s never punched anyone before!
Shannan says it made him realise she’s a genuine threat, she’s not the quiet timid Mum along for the ride, she’s there to win, too!
Shannan says the motivation for today’s training session was to get them all to be individuals, to get them to do something they’re uncomfortable with if it will help them win.
Shannan tells them that three Blue Team members in the final is still his goal, but they’ve all got to do whatever they can to make sure they get there!
Temptation today is… the exact same one they had way back in Week One!
Plates of food lined up with the contestants each standing on their own little disc.
Nobody participated last time… seems likely they will this time!
Ajay’s there, naturally. Bland pink dress.
15 plates. The foods range from a 5 calorie chocolate to a 1,671 hamburger and chips.
Once Ajay rings the bell, the first person to grab the first plate of food will get to eat that dish. The empty plate is put in the centre of the table and the next round starts. Temptation runs for a total of 10 minutes.
The contestant with their plate on the top of the pile at the end of the ten minutes wins Temptation.
If you step off the disc, you’re committed to participating and eating the next plate up.
Alison says all the food is the reason she’s there. It’s why she’s trying to change her life. Her kids will watch this and she wants to be a good example to them, and eating this won’t be a good example at all.
Bryce isn’t sure if he’ll participate since the prize hasn’t been announced. He says his theory is that if you don’t win on the scales you don’t deserve to win at all. So I guess he thinks he doesn’t deserve it then…? Nahhh.
Today’s reward is a guaranteed ticket to the Biggest Loser finale. Ultimate immunity. Win this Temptation and you WILL be in the final, regardless of what happens in the next weigh in.
Everyone is now a hell of a lot more tempted.
And if nobody participates then it will once again be decided by random chance, as the first Temptation was. They each chose a disc to stand on upon entering the room and underneath one of the discs is Ultimate Immunity.
Ding-a-ling! Temptation has started.
Everybody sort of stands around for a bit, waiting for someone to get it started.
Sam’s thinking, 5 calories and immunity. Last week he ate 1,000 calories for 1kg advantage at the weigh in.
Everyone’s looking down the line at Garry and Sam. Sam chuckles.
Kirsten thinks everyone is trying to work out how to win it.
The girls don’t want to do it and Bryce doesn’t want to, so he tries to get an agreement from everyone not to participate.
Sam’s not too trusting, he says someone could very well swoop in at the last second. He tells them as much.
Bryce asks everyone to answer up as to whether they’d step up. Everyone else agrees. But nobody asks Bryce if he agrees!
Alison’s not fussed because she’s not participating regardless.
Kirsten, Bryce and Alison are standing strong, Sam says. But then he looks at Garry. And Garry’s having some doubts.
Alison doesn’t want to eat the junk food ever again. The two caramel slices last week made her very sick.
Kirsten’s having trouble sticking to the agreement.
Bryce: “I pity the poor fool that does the dirty here.”
Everyone’s still crapping on about whether or not to participate after yet another ad break.
Bryce is still running his mouth about people being morons if they break the agreement. I’m not sure how anyone will get their revenge on someone though!
Sam says there’s a 1 in 5 chance of winning by standing strong but a guaranteed chance if he just jumps off.
10 seconds to go… Time’s up! Ajay’s grinning.
Alison says it was a big Temptation to resist. Not because of the food and wanting to eat it, because of the guaranteed ticket to the finale.
Ajay congratulates them all on showing strength and discipline, saying they should be very proud of themselves.
Nobody played. But we still need a winner.
PLEASE BE BLUE.
Kirsten’s hoping it won’t be Bryce. Sam’s hoping neither Bryce or Garry. Garry thinks maybe Alison has it, though he wants it for himself!
Sam reveals his disc. Nothing doing.
Garry reveals his. No joy there.
Alison flips her disc. ULTIMATE IMMUNITY!
Kirsten’s laughing in her head at the boys being ticked off!
Garry’s ticked off because he was about to jump on Alison’s disc but changed his mind at the last second.
Bryce says it’s a fairytale story that went to plan. Mother of three, nice lady, flipped her disc and gets a ticket to the finale!
Alison is now guaranteed a spot in the Finale! She says she never expected to get this far and it’s going to be really nice to complete something. She doesn’t know whether to laugh or cry!
Alison says she’s loved every second of the journey and now she gets to make it to the end. Walked in on the first day and gets to leave on the last!
Ahhh but that’s not all. Alison is also now burdened with taking The Walk. She’ll return with a stone that “will blow everyone away.” Ugh.
Sam says The Walk is one of his favourite things because it’s not screwed him around in the past! What with taking Shannan away for a week and swapping him to Red. “Thankyou once again, Ajay!”
Alison’s worried because she might have her immunity stripped or might have to eliminate a Blue.
Days left to the finale. But the game isn’t over yet!
Tomorrow night Alison goes for The Walk.
“Will the ultimate sacrifice be made?” – Mr Voiceover Man. Who seems to love human sacrifice, because he sure talks about it a lot!
