Biggest Loser Australia 3×63: Eliminated Contestants Strike Back!

Tonight on the Biggest Loser all the eliminated contestants return to the White House for another bite at the low-fat cherry!

“G’day suckers, Uncle Cosi’s back!”

Would you like to know more?

Everyone files out of the elimination room and Alison says it felt very strange, there used to be enough people to fill the couch!
Garry says Sam looked pretty upset, felt bad for Cosi.
Sam says Cosi was a good friend and he didn’t want him going home thinking Sam had done him in.

Garry says to him that if it was only two tablespoons then it wouldn’t be 300 grams. Sam says that it was a fair call that he didn’t know what he was eating, but Sam hadn’t looked at it like that before. It was a stupid thing for him to do. “It was just such a shitty way to send him out.”

Garry says he never thought he’d be the last Red Team member standing, he figured it’d be Cosi.
Kirsten says Garry’s still a big threat in the game, he’s been skating under the radar a bit.
Garry things Alison is a threat, Sam thinks Kirsten’s a threat, Alison thinks Sam is a bigger threat than Kirsten or herself.

Shannan’s hoping Blue will have the balance of power for the rest of the game. Michelle is quietly confident, knowing Garry would have a big week and Cosi’s always doing well, so she thinks they’ll be fine!

Michelle is shocked when she walks in and sees Cosi missing. In an aside she says she was gutted.
Michelle says to the fatties that everyone wanted him out and now they’ve got it, everyone got what they wanted, and that’s cool!
Kirsten thinks Cosi was Michelle’s favourite and her best chance at having a winner in the series.
Shannan throws an arm around Michelle and gives her a squeeze. Awww.

Michelle looks a little peeved at this point so I’m wondering if maybe we missed a bit where the chocolate topping revelation was… revelated? And maybe she blew her stack? Heh.

Michelle says Cosi’s been the biggest loser a lot of times and he’s got that competitive streak and been a great role model. So he’s really stood out for her as a great competitor. But she gives full credit to the four people still sitting on the couch.

Shannan’s thrilled by both Alison and Kirsten’s results.
Michelle’s jaw falls down at Garry’s water assisted 8.1kg. Not that good a result, Michelle…
Shannan’s very happy with Sam’s result too.

Shannan and Michelle both congratulate them all on how well they’ve done and how far they’ve come.

Michelle says she’s got to keep Garry focused as the last Red Team member. He’s still a chance of winning!

Shannan crash tackles Kirsten and then gives Sam a hug and Alison a huge squishy hug once they retreat to the gym. He’s stoked!

Sam decides to fess up to Shannan about the topping, so I guess he hadn’t already done so.
Shannan says it was just a gee up, mucking around, not designed to hurt anybody. He tells Sam that it’s dropping grains of sand.
And back in an aside, he says that Sam’s 20 years old so of course he’s going to joke around!

They’re all asked to head outside where there’s mountains of hamburgers and chocolate and… is that pizza? It’s hard to tell. Anyway, lots of yummy food!
Ajay’s in a floral dress with a yellow top under it. It’s very pretty!

The wall hangings from the weigh in room are also outside to show them how huge they are.

They’ve lost 191.5kg between the four of them, Ajay says.

The piles of food are their favourite foods, says Ajay. And each one represents how much weight they’ve lost since starting their journey.

Alison has lost 38.3kg. And her weightloss is represented by huge bowls of yummy looking mashed potato.
“That used to be on my bum and thighs and arms. Unbelievable!”

Kirsten has lost 42.7kg. And her weightloss is represented by 42.7kg of chocolate. Kirsten says it put her off chocolate forever!

Sam has 51.3kg of pizza. Delicious, delicious pizza.
God I’m hungry.
Sam says it doesn’t look tempting at all. Each slice is 258 calories, but you could go inside and have an entire meal for that much!

Garry has 59.2kg of scrumptious looking chicken burgers. With salad-y things and stuff on them. That doesn’t seem so unhealthy to me? I suppose if you pork through as many as Garry probably did, it might be an issue.

And now they’re going to be faced with the ultimate test!

“Well done on reaching the Final Four. But now that number is about to get a whole lot bigger.” Lots of muttering from the contestants at that.

The wall hangings go up and the black curtain behind them comes down and reveals… A bunch of eliminated contestants back in their white shirts. Standing there with hands on hips, trying to look intimidating. Only Cosi’s missing. But we see a closeup of Cosi’s face. And then Cosi’s there later. Erm, nicely planned!

Some of them look pretty intimidating. Some of them look like they’ve not done a damn thing since being eliminated!

Michael says he felt a chill down his spine when he saw the House again. The Final Four look intimidating and amazing, Michael says. They looked fantastic.
Debbie says she wasn’t surprised by the Final Four, but still stoked that three were Blue!

Alison says everyone looks really good. Then she giggles and says, “Look at Mikey!!”
Sean looks like he’s smelled a fart or something. Not at all intimidating, dude. He says they were shocked when they saw him, because he looks fantastic! He breaks into a grin after a while.

Kirsten says she was least looking forward to seeing Cosi. He looked serious and a bit pissed off!
“G’day suckers, Uncle Cosi’s back! And you know what? Uncle Cosi wouldn’t mind knocking one of you out of the top four position!”

Bryce is pumped and excited, he says.

Ajay says not one but two will be returning to the competition. DA DA DUNNNNN.

Kirsten and Garry are both a bit peeved.
Kirsten says the fact that they could come in and take the 200k home is pissing her off.

Michelle says she knocked back $50,000 which any other person would have grabbed. So she definitely wants to be one of the two people to come back.
Michael wants to get back in, too. As does Nicole. As does Sheridan.
Sheridan does say that she’d be pretty pissed off if she was part of the Final Four though!

“Lift your game and be prepared to fight!” – Ajay to the Final Four.

And then the intimidating staredown stops and old friends reunite. Awww!

Sean says he was so excited to see them all, he wanted to run up and hug and kiss them. Sam looks fantastic, he says!
Sheridan says her motivation is to prove to herself and the people that doubted her that she’s strong and she can do well.
Nicola noticed the biggest difference in Garry, who looked really fit and healthy.

Sam says he’s stoked to see them all. Even if it means bringing someone back to the game, he’d do it all again just to see them!

Nicole says there’s all of them and only two get to go through. It won’t be you, you look worse than when you left…

The Final Four head off for a quiet chat. Sam congratulates them on being the Final Four which is now the Final Six!
Garry says it irks him because the returned people got to go home and see their family and had fun and so on.
Alison says, in an aside, that Garry is upset about it. Thanks, Alison!

Garry then says to them that at the next weigh in they’ve got to stick together and if one of them falls below the line, they should wash away the Red and Blue thing.
Kirsten says in an aside that Garry’s dreaming if he thinks that’ll happen!
Alison says it may be very hard for the eliminated contestants to come back in.

Kirsten: “Two in and those two back out again!”
Sam: “Ohhhh, she went there!”
Alison: “Ohhhhhh, The Enforcer!!”
Kirsten: “This is my House! Get out!”
All said in a joking fashion. Funny.

Cosi’s in the gym giving Garry grief for working out, Nicola giggles. Garry says those two are the ones they’ve plotted and schemed with since the beginning. He’d love to see them both back in the House. Blue Team outnumbers him now.
They all know Garry’s at risk now.
Nicola wants to get back into the House, to prove her worth for herself.
Cosi says he will be very competitive and he will show them why he’s been #1 since week 2. “Stuff ’em!!”

Sean says it was a really strange feeling to have the Blues back together again. They head out for a catch up.
Debbie says she’s really proud of there being three Blue Team members in the Final Four.
Sean is so stoked he starts crying and Debbie says he’s not allowed to start crying!
Michael’s stoked, too. “Three of the goodies made it through!”

They head into the weigh in room. Are they going to weigh in all those people? Again? Ugh.

Everyone is nervous! Except the Final Four who don’t have to weigh in this time.

Ajay says for some it’s been weeks since being there, for some, only days. Like Cosi!

And at this point I realise my PVR isn’t recording properly again. For the love of…
Will endeavour to procure replacement recording and update this post if so.

[Edit: Thanks once more to the wonderful sodo, here is the missing portion.]

Ajay tells the Final Four to watch closely to work out who their biggest threats are. Because in a few day’s time, they could be back in the game!

Their starting weight today will be from their first day in the White House. They’ll start with the most recent eliminated contestant and work backwards.

Cosi’s already weighed in.

Cosi’s starting weight: 140.8kg
Cosi’s current weight: 91.5kg
Cosi’s loss: 49.3kg

Kirsten says he’s still the big threat in the competition.
Ajay notes that prior to being eliminated, he was leading the competition.

Cosi says his goal was to lose his missus, by which he means to lose at least 49kg, which is what she weighs. My god she’s tiny!

Michelle’s up next. She’s still talking a big game, saying she’s stronger than a lot of people in this house. Maybe if you count Rachel and Debbie as people…

Michelle’s starting weight: 120.7kg
Michelle’s current weight: 94kg
Michelle’s loss: 26.7kg

She’s happy. It’s not too bad, I geuss.
She says she’s learnt so much while she was there and she couldn’t wait to go home and put it into practice.
“To all those people who ever doubted me or thought that a female couldn’t go far in this competition, I want to prove them all wrong.” You got 6 weeks of not having to face elimination, versus people like Alison and Kirsten who have done it under their own steam. You ain’t proved nothin’, girl.

Bryce’s starting weight: 139.2kg
Bryce’s current weight: 97.8kg
Bryce’s loss: 41.4kg

Pretty darn good! He’s really happy to be under 100kg at last and says he’ll never be going back there. Exercise has become a way of life, instead of sitting on the couch and eating crap!

Nicola’s starting weight: 112.6kg
Nicola’s current weight: 84.5kg
Nicola’s loss: 28.1kg

Also pretty good. Kirsten says she’s done well.
Nicola says her Mum cried and his Dad said he loved her, which she says he’s not said in a long while.

Carrianne says she feels a lot more confident and happier.

[Edit: Thanks again, sodo! Back to the rest of the show.]

Carrianne is the first to weigh in after I realise the problem. But it immediately goes to an ad break. Sigh.

Carrianne’s starting weight: 111kg
Carrianne’s current weight: 90.2kg
Carrianne’s loss: 20.8kg

She seems pleased with that!
Carrianne says she’d love to come back in but she doesn’t think she’d give up her spot for her sister again!

Nicole’s starting weight: 136.3kg
Nicole’s current weight: 108.4kg
Nicole’s loss: 27.9kg

FYI, she left the House at 114.6kg. So she’s lost around 6kg in four weeks of TV time. Hmm.

Michael’s starting weight: 175kg
Michael’s current weight: 131.9kg
Michael’s loss: 43.1kg

Very good effort and he seems quite happy with it, no tears this time!
Also, there’s a shot of Sheridan during this. WONDER WHY.
“Have you been receiving female attention?” *COUGHSPLUTTER* Ajay! Michael looks a little embarassed and says yeah. Sheridan grins. Hmmm.

Sheridan’s starting weight: 120.1kg
Sheridan’s current weight: 84.7kg
Sheridan’s loss: 35.4kg

Wow. She’s really pleased too. Michael has a grin on his face, too. And in an aside he says he’s really proud of her.
Kirsten says Sheridan looked hot!
Sheridan says she just sees a normal looking girl in the mirror now.
She says life’s been interesting for her on the outside. She’s been working hard, hoping there might be a chance to get back in and wanting to do well if she does get that chance.

Sean’s starting weight: 174.6kg
Sean’s current weight: 115.3kg
Sean’s loss: 59.3kg

Sean looks stoked. Cosi says he did the sums and Sean’s actually way high up there in the percentages lost.
Sean tells Ajay that he probably would have died within 12-24 months if he hadn’t come on the show. And he’s ashamed of himself for having let himself go that far wrong.
Sam says Sean is a true inspiration. He’s saved his own life.
Sean tells us he’s been off all his diabetes medication and insulin for six weeks now. He may not be the biggest loser but he’s definitely the biggest winner!

Kirsten is currently winning the competition with a weightloss percentage of 33.68%

Sean’s? 33.96%. Whoa. That is insane. Kirsten’s grin seems a little pasted on now!

Next person up is Debbie, who was eliminated all the way back in Week 3.

Debbie’s starting weight: 135.2kg
Debbie’s current weight: 103.2kg
Debbie’s loss: 32kg

More than I was expecting, to be honest.
Bryce says he can’t fathom how hard it would be to be a single mother of three. He fits in training, but she does it with three kids? Well done!
Apparently her kids are proud of her, which she says every Mum needs!

Rachel’s starting weight: 134.7kg
Rachel’s current weight: 120.5kg
Rachel’s loss: 14.2kg

Pathetic result. She was 128kg when she left the House in Week 2 for crying out loud.
She says she feels much fitter now. She gets up in the morning now, though she never used to!

Last but not least the very first person to be eliminated, poor old Monica. Who looks a lot better. Still fat, obviously. But not such a lump anymore.

Monica’s starting weight: 116.8kg
Monica’s current weight: 96.8kg
Monica’s loss: 20kg

That’s very good for only having about 4 days in the House.
Monica says the biggest lesson she learnt was putting herself first for once.

398.2kg from the 12 eliminated contestants. Not bad, not bad at all!
Cosi and Sean have the highest percentage of weightloss in the room.

All the contestants will have to fight their way back into the game. Or a chance to get back into the game at least.
Garry’s hoping Cosi and Nicola will be the ones to make it.
Debbie definitely doesn’t want Cosi to be the winner!
Sam says the biggest threat is probably Sean. He’s still got a lot of weight to lose!

Kirsten is asked if she’s worried and she says of course she is! Doesn’t have to be Cosi or Sean, any of them could do it!

Cosi’s getting mentally prepared to beat the other twelve clowns and claim his spot.
Bryce is pumped and wants a piece of the final six.
Sean would love to win and he sees himself as a serious contender!

Tomorrow night the Final Four are at the mercy of the eliminated.
Apparently they’ll get to determine which dish the Final Four will be served? What the hell?

And later this week, some kind of stamina challenge? Weights stacked up on their shoulders and it looks like they’ll be there a while.

And for those who survive the first challenge? “Hell awaits.”
Pretty sure there’s no sand dunes in hell, dude.
