Biggest Loser Australia 3×46: And I say what about, breakfast Temptations?
Tonight on The Biggest Loser Temptation rolls it’s fat bum into the House once again.
With immunity potentially being on offer and it being the first week of single competition, how many will be tempted to partake?
“Eat now! Eat now and save yourself!” – Cosi

Michelle and Shannan come in to see everyone sitting on the couches in their sweatshirts, which tips Shannan and Michelle off right away. It’s 32 degrees outside, Shannan says!
They all jump up and rip off their hoodies to show their “nice pastel summer range” as Shannan put it. “We’re the new Wiggles!” Says Garry.
Shannan is surprised and disappointed at the same time. He says his Blue Team have done him so proud.
Michelle thinks it’s time for everyone to show what they’ve got.
Shannan says that if you stay above the Yellow Line, you stay in the House. Fall below, you’re up for elimination. And now there’s no blaming teammates for letting them down, “I think the Yellow Line is the great leveller of The Biggest Loser.”
Bryce and Michelle get a chat with Bob and Jillian. Or “Roberto” as Bryce called him. Because apparently it’s okay for Bryce to use a silly name, but not JJ.
Michelle says Bob and Jillian didn’t know about JJ leaving and Carrianne being eliminated, nor about whether Michelle chose to stay after the $50,000 offer.
“You did not take fifty grand?!” – Jillian, in a very disbelieving voice, though she says it was an admirable decision.
They then tell Bob and Jillian about Carrianne going home, thinking she had a stress fracture in her foot.
Bob says they’re both very strong, strong willed and strong minded, so they should feel okay about going to singles.
Michelle says Bob and Jillian are two very beautiful people in her life, they’re inspirations.
The Black Team ask Bob and Jillian if they know when they might be down here and Jillian sort of rolls her eyes at Bob and says, “Nooooo!”
Bryce says they love Bob and Jillian, it’s been hard without them and hearing their voices was like a security blanket…
The boys head off on a special excursion with Shannan while the girls train with Michelle.
Shannans got them at some hippy yoga dude. “It’s bloody yoga. Like, yoga!” – Cosi
“I’ll be honest and I know the other boys were the same, I thought yoga was for sissies!” – Bryce
Shannan says it’s a popular misconception that yoga is about sitting crosslegged staring at a lotus flower and breathing, but it’s just not so!
And now the boys are learning that the hard way!
“It’s not normal yoga, it’s power yoga!” – Shannan
Sam says he wasn’t relaxed at all throughout the whole thing, agonising pain was closer to it!
Cosi says within a few minutes he was completely stuffed, he’d not worked out that hard in a couple of weeks.
Shannan says that coming into the final part of the game you can’t have any barriers, physical or mental. Yoga gives you time to be introspective. Is there anything you’re suppressing or hiding from.
Other than all the sweat dripping off their flabby bodies. Ew.
Shannan says it’s up to them to bring that stuff out now because if they don’t it might come back to bite them in the run to the final.
Bryce says the emphasis of the session was learning how to deal with mental barriers you’ve got. He says in 2000 he was in a car accident with his Dad, who didn’t survive the crash. Bryce says it ripped apart his life as he knew it at the time. Bryce usually holds that deep inside.
Shannan thinks it could be something that’s holding him back and could also be why he got fat in the first place.
Shannan tells Bryce that he’ll make his Dad proud and suddenly the position Bryce was holding slips and he smashes his face into the ground. Funny!
Shannan says that the first step to helping Bryce is to earn his respect and trust. Shannan tells Bryce that he’ll never fuck him around, if they go somewhere it’s for a reason. Bryce says he does trust Shannan.
Shannan tells Bryce that what they’re doing is based on respect and trust. If Bryce breaks Shannan’s trust, he’s gone and he won’t talk to him again.
Bryce in an aside says that Shannan isn’t full of shit and he won’t stuff you around, so he’s happy to be around him in The White House.
We don’t get to see what the girls did while the boys were off being pansies, as we move on to Temptation right after that.
Cosi says it’s been a while since they’ve done Temptation and he’s feeling pretty good about it. Teams are gone so it’s the first time he’s been able to wake up and not have to worry about what his team’s having for breakfast!
Temptation is being called “The Breakfast Bar”. Ajay says breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Whoever wins Temptation will win immunity!
Sam figures everyone will be going crazy and trying to get immunity. Sam thinks it will be chaos.
Cosi thinks everyone will want a piece of the action too. Ditto Kirsten, who thinks she has a target on her back.
The object of the game is simple – whoever eats the plate with the highest number of calories will win immunity.
But their task is to serve a competitor a breakfast of their choice.
Cosi says it threw a spanner in his works because he figured he’d just hoe into as much as he could and win immunity, but that’s not going to happen!
When they walked in they randomly sat at the table. The order they were seated is the order they’ll take part in Temptation, meaning Garry gets first pick.
Here’s the rules:
10 minute time limit to eat your meal.
If you start eating, you must finish it.
Alison says her tummy wasn’t rumbling too much and most of the foods don’t really tempt her anymore.
Some plates contain as little as 45 calories. But one plate contains 3 sausages, 3 hash browns, 3 pancakes with maple syrup, baked beans, mushrooms, grilled tomato, four serves of bacon and two fried eggs.
A total of over 3000 calories! Nearly double their daily requirement in just one plate.
Michelle says if she’s given that she would just throw up everywhere. Cosi thinks Garry would have the balls to eat that much but maybe not many others.
Garry says there was a bit of drool there. Demons of the past and so on.
Cosi thinks it comes down to the big breakfast. Whoever eats it will get immunity. Would he eat it? Absolutely!
Michelle says she never used to eat breakfast before coming into the House, which she knows was bad.
Garry picks up a bowl of yoghurt and was going to give it to Sam, but at the last second he swaps to giving it to Michelle.
Cosi thought Garry would get Cosi the big breakfast plate and Cosi would gobble it up and immunity would be his! But the thing with Garry is that he doesn’t always think things through, Cosi says.
Kirsten puts the watermelon in front of Cosi. Ha! She doesn’t think he was surprised though and Cosi confirms as much. He says he would have done exactly the same, since it essentially puts him out of Temptation.
Cosi then gets up, grabs the Big Breakfast and says, “Nobody loves Temptation more than Garry!” Quite a few people, Ajay included, start laughing at that.
Cosi sees it as a gift. Garry eats it and he’s in the game for another week!
Nicola’s up next and decides to give the nutella on toast to Kirsten. Which Nicola wanted really badly for herself. But Kirsten says she doesn’t like nutella! Freak!
Bryce says he’d rather help someone than hurt someone, so he gave Alison a chance at immunity by giving her the second highest calorie number.
Michelle says she “knows” that Sam doesn’t like milk. But is surprised when Sam seems pleased. “I make 4 milkshakes a day! And this is like a chocolate milkshake, only crunchy!” Go Sam!
Sam grabs the lowest calories left, a muffin, and gives it to Nicola. 400 calories for the muffin, and Sam has 500 calories, so as long he eats, she won’t get immunity.
Alison is last up and gives some pastries to Bryce. She thinks he’ll actually go for it. 770 calories, but it’s not a lot of food on the plate.
And “breakfast is now served!” Ajay says. And suddenly curtains coming flapping down from the ceiling! “Shit!” Alison, who immediately claps her hands to her mouth. Cosi says it frightened the buggery out of him!
They all have 10 minutes in which to eat their food, if they choose to do so. But with the curtains down, they don’t know if anyone is eating.
Garry says his food looks tempting and smells great. He’s been bad in Temptations before.
Cosi says Garry has been in every Temptation known to man. He’ll probably be below the Yellow Line because he generally gets poor percentages. Cosi says what he needs to do is go for it! “EAT NOW! EAT NOW AND SAVE YOURSELF!”
Alison is boggling at how many pancakes there are and Sam has his head off to the side trying to hear if Alison is gobbling them up. She picks up her fork, thinking it’s only nine… So she goes for it!
She says she hasn’t had sugar for a long time so it tasted really nice! She says she’ll just work it off in the gym tomorrow night.
She’s struggling though. Not even halfway through the stack. Think Sam should probably be eating his coco pops just to be sure but he’s not even making an effort.
Michelle is agonising over whether she should eat her tiny bowl of yoghurt which is only 95 calories. She thinks if she eats it then someone else might have eaten anyway and she wouldn’t win regardless. So she sits there and listens to what everyone else is doing.
Cosi is thinking he won’t win immunity with 45 calories of watermelon. But he will get the benefits of the fiber, vitamin c and water!
5 minutes remaining and Kirsten is still trying to decide whether she’ll throw down her toast in the time remaining.
Alison has to have a break because she feels like she’s going to vomit. The maple syrup is very sweet and sickening. Then she started to get the shakes, she felt like she was having a sugar rush, a horrible feeling. She still has half a stack left and she decides to give it up.
Time’s up! Temptation is over!
Plates are covered up and the curtains are raised.
Cosi wonders if Garry has eaten his big breakfast!
ALL the food on the plate must be eaten for you to win and whoever ate the most, wins.
Cosi eventually decided not to have any of his watermelon since he already had some today.
Kirsten loves her chocolate, but not on her toast.
Nicola didn’t touch her muffin either. Which many would pay to see, but that’s a whole other show…
Sam didn’t eat his coco pops! What a waste! He says he was saving room for some pancakes!
Bryce says lunch today for him will be fresh veggies and lean meat and pastries aren’t even close!
Alison reveals her half eaten pancakes and says she couldn’t do it, it made her feel sick. Ajay says since she didn’t eat all the pancakes, she won’t receive immunity. She says the pancakes didn’t taste great, the maple syrup gave her a headache. Her body doesn’t want or like it anymore.
Leaving just Garry and Michelle left.
Michelle says it was lunch time and it’s only 95 calories and she was hungry. So she ate her yoghurt!
Garry and Temptation are like two peas in a pod, Sam says. And Alison says Garry always takes Temptation. Michelle thinks he’ll probably have attempted it but maybe not finished it.
Garry says big breakfast and big man usually go hand in hand but now it’s time to teach himself some new rules and not give in to Temptation so easily. Hallelujah!!!
“Thanks Gaz!” – Michelle
“He’s my best mate and I gave him the bloody breakfast and he didn’t eat it. Damn it makes me mad. And hungry!” – Cosi
Alison is proud of him, Nicola is proud of him and thinks Michelle the trainer will be too!
And damn, Michelle has immunity now. So another week of her.
Cosi says you can lead a horse to a bloody big breakfast but you can’t make him eat.
Tomorrow night the ex-contestants arrive for their visit. “History in the making.” Heroes return. Really. Tracey was a hero? When did that happen?
We get a shot of Damien training with Sam and Damien still looks quite a bit bigger than Sam…
Also the current contestants get to choose their “Legend” to team up with for the special bus pulling challenge. Adro says that strength and weight will be an advantage, so expect Wal to be a popular pick!
