Previously on The Biggest Loser Bob and Jillian’s secret Black Team was finally revealed to the Red and Blue teams, trained by Aussie trainers Michelle and Shannan.
And Cosi, of all people, was revealed as this season’s Biggest Loser so far!

Tonight is challenge night… but first, the White House tries to wrap their head around the existence of the Black Team.
And the challenge itself involves a heck of a lot of tires being carted up a hill. And Ajay tells them that today is elimination day, which means someone will probably be going home…

On Sunday. Because tonight is only a half hour show and they’ll delay it to spite us!

Previously on The Biggest Loser, Blue lost the weigh in and sent Debbie home.
Red got to choose between two options at the Warehouse and chose their own shopping trip to the supermarket, leaving Blue to have their meals prepared by Japanese chef Yoshi for the rest of the week.

Tonight the cheerful Alison breaks down in tears as she misses her family, and Temptation tempts the tempted and makes Michael cry some more.
And Sheridan, his loooooooooover, comforts him!
